الأمن الثقافي ودوره في المحافظة على الهوية الوطنية

Abstract

يعد الأمن الثقافي من أهم الأسس الداعمة للهوية الوطنية، و تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الكشف عن مختلف الممارسات اللازمة لتحقيق أمن ثقافتنا وحماية هويتنا الوطنية من التشويه والتمييع،وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة والمتمثلة في كيفية تحقيق الأمن الثقافي والهوية الوطنية، تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لمؤسسات المجتمع باختلاف مجالاتها دور في حماية الهوية الوطنية، نظرا لما تمارسه من نشاطات تهدف إلى ترسيخ الثقافة الوطنية، وحمايتها من التشويه. Cultural security is one of the foundations supporting the national identity, and this paper aims to reveal the various practices necessary to achieve the security of our culture and protect our national identity from distortion. To answer the study's problem " how to achieve cultural security and national identity", the descriptive and analytical approach was used. The study found that community institutions in all their fields have a role in protecting the national identity, due to their activities aimed at consolidating the national culture and protecting it from distortion.
