Item واقع تطبيق عمليات الاستراتيجية التسويقية (التجزئة/الاستهداف/التموقع) في الوكالات السياحية(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) بن نوي, راضية; بن زيان, إيماننهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة للتطرق لواقع تطبيق عمليات الاستراتيجية التسويقية في الوكالات السياحية، كونها تساعد على انتقاء أفضل الخيارات الإستراتيجية وترشيد القرارات التسويقية للمنظمة لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية من خلال تعريف أكثر دقة للسوق وفهم الإدارة للزبون مما يسهل عملية الرقابة وتقييم الأداء على النشاط التسويقي. تم الاعتماد على دراسة تطبيقية من خلال استبانة موجهة إلى عينة من الوكالات السياحية في مدينة باتنة، لتحليل اتجاهاتهم حول تطبيقهم لعمليات الاستراتيجية التسويقية. توصلت النتائج الى أن الوكالات السياحية محل الدراسة تطبق عمليات الاستراتيجية التسويقية لكن ليس بالمستوى المطلوب. Nous visons à travers cette étude à l’analyse des enjeux de l'application des opérations de stratégie marketing qui permettent de sélectionner les meilleurs choix stratégiques et de rationaliser les décisions marketing de l'organisation pour obtenir un avantage concurrentiel grâce à une définition plus fidèle du marché et à la compréhension de la gestion du client, ce qui facilite le suivi et l'évaluation de la performance marketing. L'étude est basée sur un questionnaire adressé à un échantillon d'agences touristiques dans la ville de Batna, pour analyser la mise en œuvre des processus de stratégie de marketing. Les résultats ont montré que les agences de tourisme étudiées appliquaient les opérations de stratégie de marketing mais pas au niveau requis.Item L’industrie Et Ses Liens Avec L’agriculture En Algérie : Entre Production Nationale Et Importation(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) Hadji, assiba; Djenane, Abdel-madjidLe développement économique est strictement conditionné par l’existence d’une industrie moderne et d’une agriculture à rendement élevé. Ceci implique un flux continu de ressources de l’industrie vers l’agriculture et inversement. L’Algérie, en vue de renforcer les liens entre ces deux secteurs et de construire un appareil productif national, a adopté une série de réformes dans la dynamique d’ouverture sur l’extérieur. Cet article vise dans premier temps, à faire un état des différentes définitions du concept des PPP et des facteurs ayant favorisé la montée en puissance de ces rapprochements public-privé. Dans un second temps ; nous allons essayer de présenter ; dans cette contribution ; les formes des PPP les plus courantes ainsi que quelques apports conceptuels issus de travaux académiques relatifs au management de ces organisations hybrides. Secondly; we are going to try to present; in this contribution; the most common forms of PPP as well as some abstract contributions stemming from academic works relative to the management of these hybrid organizations.Item الاستراتيجية الألمانية في إستدامة الطاقة كتجربة رائدة في مجال التوسع في إستخدام البدائل الطاقوية المتجددة والنظيفة(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) نذير, غانية; نصير, أحمد; زين, يونسإن إدراك الإنسان المتزايد لمخاطر التلوث والناجم عن زيادة الإستهلاك من مختلف مصادر الطاقة الأحفورية من جهة، ونضوب هذه الأخيرة من جهة أخرى، جعله يفكر جديا في التقليل من الاستفادة منها، واللجوء إلى مصادر آخري للطاقة أكثر ديمومة ونظافة. لذا سنحاول في الدراسة التطرق إلى سياسة تنمية المصادر المتجددة كخيار استراتيجي نحو نظام طاقة مستدام. وتعد التجربة الطاقوية الألمانية كأحد التجربة رائدة في مجال إستخدام البدائل المتجددة. The German Energy Experiment as a pilot is a pioneer in the use of renewable alternatives.Item دور معالجة البيانات في إدارة علاقات الزبون بمنظمات الأعمال(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) معاش, سهام; لحول, ساميةبهدف البحث إلى إبراز مساهمة معالجة بيانات الزبائن المجمعة من البيئة التقليدية وبيئة الانترنت في إدارة علاقات الزبون بمنظمات الأعمال. وذلك بفضل مجموعة من البرمجيات التي لها القدرة على جمع، تخزين، تنظيم، تحليل، واستخدام البيانات، ما يحسن من سيرورة إدارة علاقات الزبائن. وأظهرت النتائج المستخلصة دور معالجة البيانات في إدارة علاقات الزبون، حيث يساهم جمع البيانات في تشكيل قاعدة البيانات، والحصول على نموذج دائم وآلي لمعرفة الزبون. ويسمح تخزين وتنظيم البيانات بالوصول السهل والسريع إلى المعلومات، ويساعد تحليل البيانات بتقديم المنتجات حسب الطلب لتحقيق رضا الزبائن وولائهم. The aim of this paper is to highligh the contribution of processing of collection customer data from the traditional environment and the internet environment to the CRM in business organization, usin a set of software that has the ability to collect, store, organize, analyze, and use data, wich improves the process of CRM. The results revealed the important role of data processing in CRM, where, data collection contributes to the formation of the database, and the acquisition of a permanent and automated model for customer knowledge. Data storage and organization allow quick and easy access to informations, and data analysis helps deliver customized products to achieve customer satisfction and loyality.Item دور مشاركة القطاع الخاص في رفع كفاءة قطاع المياه(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) غيلاني, عبد السلام; عثماني, أحسينتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أساليب وأهداف مشاركة القطاع الخاص في مجال إدارة المياه وإبراز دورها من أجل تسريع النهوض بالتنمية الاقتصادية، وتحقيق معدلات التنمية المنشودة. من خلال عرض تجربة الجزائر والتي اعتمدت على أسلوب "عقود الإدارة"، حيث تمكنت كل من شركة "سيال" بالجزائر العاصمة ، وشركة "سيور " بوهران، وشركة "سايكو" بقسنطينة، من احتواء مشكل اضطراب التوزيع وتوفير المياه بشكل يومي 24سا/24سا، و7 أيام أسبوعيا، وبنوعية عالية ومضمونة، وفقا للمعايير الدولية، والقضاء النهائي على التسربات، وتم إقامة العديد من المنشآت الجديدة منها نظام المراقبة عن بعد، وتقريب الوكالات التجارية من الزبون، وتسهيل عملية دفع المستحقات ، وهذا ما يبين نجاعة أسلوب المشاركة (P .P.P) في رفع كفاءة إدارة قطاع المياه. The aim of this study is to identify the methods and objectives of private sector participation in water management and showing its role in order to accelerate the advancement of economic development, and Achieve desired development rates, Through the presentation of Algeria experience, which was based on the method of "management contracts", where the company "Sial" in Algiers, and "Sewer" in Oran, And the company "Saiko" Constantine, resolved the problem of water distribution disorder and provided daily water 24h/24h and 7 days in week with high and guaranteed quality, According to international standards and assured the final elimination of water leaks, Many new facilities, including the remote control system, have been established, Bringing commercial agencies closer to the client, and facilitating the payment of receivables, This demonstrates the effectiveness of the participatory approach (PPP) in raising the efficiency of water sector management.Item إستدامة التنقلات في مدينة باتنة: الواقع والاستشراف(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) مرازقة, عيسى; تولميت, عبد الرزاق; مخلوف, سهامتترك المُخرجات السلبية للتنقل تأثيرا سلبياً على إستدامة قطاع النقل داخل المدينة، نظراً للتحديات التي يفرضها نظام النقل بمختلف أنماطه. نستعرض ضمن هذا المقال مدى التأثير الذي تتركه تحديات التنقل على تحقيق إستدامة التنقلات بمدينة باتنة من خلال توزيع إستبيان مُوزعة على 210 إستمارة على موظفي عددا من المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية بمدينة باتنة لتحليل طبيعة تنقلات أفراد المدينة والتعرف على تحديات التنقل فيها، وما يرافق ذلك، من نتائج سلبية على إستدامة التنقلات الحضرية وتعزيز وسائل المواصلات المستدامة. The negative outcomes of mobility have a negative impact on the sustainability of the transport sector within the city, given the challenges imposed by the transport system in all its forms. In this article, we examine the impact of the mobility challenges on the sustainability of mobility in the city of Batna through the distribution of a questionnaire distributed on 210 forms to the employees of a number of public institutions and departments in Batna city to analyze the nature of the movement of the city and the challenges of mobility. Negative impacts on the sustainability of urban mobility and the promotion of sustainable transport.Item النفايات الطبية أضرارها وكيفية إدارتها في الدول العربية(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) غضبان, ليلىخلال العقدين الأخيرين ظهرت مشكلة نوع خاص من النفايات ألا وهي النفايات الطبية، التي تشكل تهديدا حقيقيا، وتعد من أخطر أنواع النفايات إضرارا بالبيئة عامة وبصحة الإنسان خاصة، وهذا راجع لما تحتويه من أمراض وأوبئة سريعة الانتشار وكذا لما تسببه من أضرار للبيئة بصفة عامة. وعليه جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية للتطرق للنفايات الطبية والأضرار الناتجة عنها، وكيفية إدارتها في الدول العربية للوصول إلى جملة استنتاجات، ثم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات والتيمن شأنها المساهمة في التقليل من أضرار النفايات الطبية. In the last two decades, the problem of a particular type of waste has arisen: medical waste, which poses a real threat, and is one of the most dangerous types of waste, damaging the environment in general and human health in particular, due to its rapidly spreading diseases and epidemics as well as the general environmental damage it causes. However, Islamic based on its work on the rules of jurisprudence Islamic financial transactions.Item سبل تفعيل وتطوير الجباية المحلية في الجزائر(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) بحشاشي, رابحتهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى مساهمة الموارد الجبائية المحلية في تكوين موارد ميزانية الجماعات المحلية (البلدية) باعتبارها القاعدة الاساسية للاستقلال المالي، والتي قد تمكنها فيما بعد من تعبئة مواردها الجبائية المحلية لتغطية مختلف نفقاتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن البلدية لا تتمتع بصلاحية في تحديد الوعاء الإيرادي الجبائي، كما أنها وفي نفس الوقت تكون خاضعة لرخصة بمصادقة السلطة الوصية، وعليه فإن البلدية مازالت لا تتمتع بالاستقلال المالي.وأن تحقق هدف الاستقلالية المالية يؤدي إلى التفكير في إنشاء إدارة جباية محلية مستقلة، تمارس مهامها بإشراف المديرية العامة للضرائب وبتشريع ضريبي محلي. The aim of the study is to highlight the contribution of local tax resources to the formation of municipal budget resources as the basic basis of financial independence, which may enable them to mobilize their domestic tax revenues to cover their various expenditures. The study found that the municipality does not have the authority to determine the taxpayer base and is subject to a license to approve the authority. The municipality is still not financially independent. This study is an attempt to analyze and discuss the concept of banking governance based on technocratic philosophy, the latter has become the appropriate alternative that can improve the performance of systems that rely on political formation on the leadership of a unique and dominant party, yet stagnant in the recession and this may contribute in one way or another To impede the embodiment of governance in the system as a whole, which in turn affects its sub-sectors. To be a real alternative through which self-sufficiency, export diversification and the provision of hard currency can be achieved.Item تقييم رضا المرضى بالمستشفيات الجزائرية(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) جناد, مباركة; بودرامة, مصطفىتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم درجة رضا المرضى بالمستشفيات الجزائرية عن الخدمات الصحية التي تقدمها. وذلك من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من المرضى بالمستشفى الجامعي لولاية سطيف والتي تكونت لدى إقامتهم بمختلف أقسامه للوقوف على أوجه القصور المحتمل استخلاصها. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك اتجاه عام نحو عدم الرضا الكلي للمرضى المقيمين بالمستشفى محل الدراسة. This study aims at evaluating the patients' satisfaction degree in the Algerian hospitals. For this study, a questionnaire was administered for the patients of the University Hospital of Setif to collect their opinions which have been formed during their residence in the hospital. The results show that there was a general trend towards total dissatisfaction with the patients.Item الصناعة في الدول العربية وعلاقتها بالناتج المحلي الاجمالي(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) ريغي, مليكةتعتمد الدول العربية على التنمية الصناعية كقطاع ديناميكي تتمحور حوله باقي القطاعات الاقتصادية الأخرى وتتكامل معه. ونحاول من خلال هذا المقال تبيان تطور الصناعة في الدول العربية، والأهمية البالغة التي تكتسبها، إضافة إلى علاقتها بالناتج المحلي الاجمالي، ودراسة الجزائر كحالة خاصة خلال الفترة 1980-2015 من أجل انتهاج إستراتيجية واضحة المعالم تحدد الأولويات وتوجه الموارد المحدودة نحو تحقيق الأهداف التنموية الصناعية. We are trying through this article to showing the development of industry in the Arab countries and its importance, and its relationship to GDP shows, with study Algeria as a special case during the period 1980-2015 in order to pursue a clear strategy sets priorities and orientation of the limited resources towards the achievement of industrial development objectives.Item أثر الكوزموبوليتانية على السلوك الاستهلاكي للشباب الجزائري تجاه الألبسة الأجنبية(khazzartech الاقتصاد الصناعي, 2018-06-15) واضح, سهيلةتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التأكد من مدى تأثير الكوزموبوليتانية على السلوك الاستهلاكي للشباب الجزائري تجاه الألبسة الأجنبية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قدرت بـ 116 مفردة من ولاية معسكر، ومن خلال حساب ثبات وصدق المقياس باستخدام معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ، وباللجوء إلى طريقة الانحدار الخطي البسيط لاثبات فرضية الدراسة، تم إيجاد أثر لمتغير الكوزموبوليتانية على السلوك الاستهلاكي للشباب الجزائري تجاه الألبسة الأجنبية. This study aims to identify the extent of the influence of the Cosmopolitanism on the consumer behavior Algerian youth towards foreign clothes, to achieve this objective, the study included 116 consumers in the city of Mascara.
