Approche De La Localisation Industrielle Par Les économies D’agglomération

L’objet de ce travail est l’étude du rapport de l’entreprise à son territoire, pour déterminer les aspects qui lui permettent de transformer les avantages que lui procure l’espace où elle évolue en des éléments de force lui permettant d’améliorer sa compétitivité. L’utilisation de l’approche de la localisation des entreprises par les économies d’agglomération nous permet de mieux comprendre les liens entre les acteurs d’un système où l’agencement entre les besoins d’entreprises agroalimentaires et les actions nécessaires sous forme de stratégies devrait se réaliser dans les limites d’une vision globalisée et dans un cadre de plus en plus relationnel.

Le secteur agro-alimentaire algérien est doté d’un fort potentiel et présente de nombreuses opportunités pour les investissements étrangers. En effet, c’est un secteur moteur de toute l’économie en Algérie, il bénéficie d’une base agricole non négligeable et d’un soutien gouvernemental important. En atteste, les différents dispositifs et programmes de développement agricole initiés par les pouvoirs publics. L’agriculture et l’industrie agro-alimentaire contribuent pour 15,5% au PIB de l’Algérie (dont 2,5% pour les IAA) en 2017. Par déduction les IAA contribuent pour plus de 40% dans l’industrie globalement en Algérie, ceci en tenant compte de la part de l’industrie dans le PIB, 5% du PIB en 2017, selon les estimations du ministère de l’industrie. Associer le territoire et les IDE, dans notre cas, le territoire de l’Oranie et les IDE dans le secteur agro-industriel, après exploitation de l’enquête que nous avons menée, nous renseignera à juste titre sur les possibilités d’exploiter le potentiel certain que recèle ce secteur et d’apprécier l’attractivité territoriale de la région Ouest. Il ressort que le marché algérien est le déterminant principal à l’IDE car cette industrie agroalimentaire est peu développée et la demande est nettement plus importante que l’offre du produit local, avec un marché national de 50 millions d’habitant à l’horizon 2025. Par conséquent, notre contribution, consiste à présenter quelques éléments de réponse sur cette question récurrente de l’attractivité des IDE dont l’Algérie, comme l’ensemble des pays du sud de la Méditerranée souhaite développer les flux en sa faveur. Nous commencerons par revisiter les paradigmes relatifs aux territoires et aux IDE (I), pour exposer par la suite les sous-bassements théoriques relatifs à cette question (II) et finir par tirer les enseignements de l’enquête menée auprès d’entreprises étrangères et mixtes de l’industrie agro-alimentaire opérant dans la région de l’Oranie (III).
Les Conséquences D’adoption Du Scf Sur Les Analystes Financiers Du Secteur Industriel

Nous allons présenter les résultats d’une enquête par questionnaire menée sur un échantillon de 34 entreprises industrielles de la wilaya de Bejaia qui va traiter les conséquences d’adoption du SCF sur les analystes financiers du secteur industriel. Globalement, les résultats révèlent que le passage au SCF a impacté profondément le travail et la logique des analystes financiers algériens We will present the results of a questionnaire survey conducted on a sample of 34 industrial enterprises in the Bejaia wilaya that will address the consequences of adopting the SCF on financial analysts in the industrial sector. Overall, the results reveal that the move to SCF has profoundly impacted the work and logic of Algerian financial analysts .

Depuis les années quatre-vingt (80), l’Algérie connait une transition sanitaire sans précédent, ayant modifié le schéma morbide de la population, avec le développement des maladies chroniques. Ce qui a stimulé la consommation des soins et des médicaments. Or, la production nationale de médicaments est en régression et ne couvre qu’un tiers du marché, du fait des contraintes qui empêchent le développement de l’industrie pharmaceutique nationale, ce qui profite à l’importation.

Le développement économique est strictement conditionné par l’existence d’une industrie moderne et d’une agriculture à rendement élevé. Ceci implique un flux continu de ressources de l’industrie vers l’agriculture et inversement. L’Algérie, en vue de renforcer les liens entre ces deux secteurs et de construire un appareil productif national, a adopté une série de réformes dans la dynamique d’ouverture sur l’extérieur. Cette dernière a eu pour conséquence une dichotomie entre les deux secteurs et l’importation est venue remplacer la production nationale. التطور الاقتصادي مقيد بوجود صناعة حديثة وزراعة ذات غلة عالية. هذا يعني تدفق مستمر للموارد من الصناعة إلى الزراعة والعكس بالعكس. الجزائر، بغية تعزيز الروابط بين هذين القطاعين وبناء جهاز إنتاج وطني، اعتمدت سلسلة من الإصلاحات في ديناميات الانفتاح على العالم الخارجي. هذا الأخير أدى إلى انفصال بين القطاعين واستبدلت الواردات الإنتاج الوطني.

Le développement ces dernières années des partenariats public-privé (PPP) comme forme de coordination de l’intervention de l’Etat et de l’offre du service public dans plusieurs pays développés et en voie de développement nous interpelle à plus d’un titre. Cet article vise dans premier temps, à faire un état des différentes définitions du concept des PPP et des facteurs ayant favorisé la montée en puissance de ces rapprochements public-privé. Dans un second temps ; nous allons essayer de présenter ; dans cette contribution ; les formes des PPP les plus courantes ainsi que quelques apports conceptuels issus de travaux académiques relatifs au management de ces organisations hybrides. The Foundations Of Good Customer Relationship Management

The present paper gives account of the theoretical foundations of good customer relationship in insurance sector. It proceeds with a brief description of the transition from traditional to modern administration that resulted from making good advantage and use of the latest advances in digital technology to enhance the quality of customer relationship management. The body of paper consists of eight theoretical foundations that constitute the essence of a good customer relationship management. These theoretical approaches are presented in an independent way giving each its worth and highlighting its unique perspective. Mass customization, for instance, focuses on personalizing, and individualizing the customers’ offer, whereas relationship marketing concentrates on the importance of the customer relationship itself. Other foundations were also highlighted and their distinct perspectives were described. Each of the eight approaches was described in the context of insurance sector .

Sous l’influence conjuguée des nouveaux changements de l’environnement, le centre des préoccupations stratégiques des entreprises ne relève plus simplement de la matérialité du couple produit / marché. Depuis quelques années, force est de constater que l’on passe progressivement d’une logique centrée sur l’outil de production (bien ou service) à une logique de valorisation des savoir-faire. Plus précisément, l’on s’interroge sur la valeur marchande de l’intelligence individuelle au service d’intérêts plus large. Le passage d’une ère à l’autre ne pourra se concevoir sans un apprentissage collectif. Professionnalisation destinée à valoriser ce qui est devenu l’atout concurrentiel majeur de chaque organisation : « le capital de connaissances et compétences ». Divers mécanismes de transmission et de transposition des compétences peuvent être mis en ouvre afin de réussir le transfert des compétences. Il peut s’agir de la formation professionnelle, de management d’équipe, de l’entreprise apprenante et les nouveaux rôles des managers : (le coaching, le mentorat, le parrainage, etc.). Cet article porte sur l’étude des pratiques RH liées au transfert des compétences appliquées au sein de l’entreprise Naftal, entre autre la démarche de management des compétences individuelles et le processus de transfert des compétences en tant que processus individuel, collectif et organisationnel.

يعد الرهان الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للاستثمار في المؤسسات المصغرة و الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر ذا أهمية بالغة ، حيث أن الاستثمار في هذه المؤسسات له العديد من الاثار فيما يخص نمو القيمة المضافة و المساهمة في الناتج المحلي و كذلك توفير إجراءات تسيرية أقل تعقيداً وطرق إنتاج أكثر مرونة وقدرات تكييف أكثر ملائمة مع نسيج الأسواق المحلية والدولية التي تعرف ارتفاع في درجات عدم التأكد ولهذا عرف هذا النوع من الاستثمار في الجزائر نمواً نتيجة العلاقات الباطنية الهامة وكذلك لارتفاع مكانته في النسيج الاقتصادي ،فضلا عن كونه يوفر قدرة توظيفية عالية , فأصبح الاهتمام به وتنميته ضرورة لبلوغ التنمية.

تناولنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية كيف يمكن للحواس الخمس أن تلعب دورا رئيسيا في تسويق المنتجات و مختلف العلامات التجارية، فالمستهلك غالبا ما ينجذب نحو العلامة التجارية على أساس تجربته الحسية، وتعتبر كل من الحواس البشرية والتجارب الاستهلاكية والأحاسيس في نماذج التسويق الناشئة كظاهرة رئيسية يتم فيها استخدام التسويق الحسي لخلق محركات اللاوعي التي تحدد تصورات المستهلك من المفاهيم المجردة للمنتج كما قد تؤدي هذه المشغلات الحسية إلى توليد ذاتي للمستهلكين لسمات العلامة التجارية (المرغوب فيها) بدلاً من تلك التي يقدمها المعلنون شفهياً، وهذا ما تم تناوله في هذا المقال. تشكل التغيرات المناخية التي يواجهها العالم اليوم تحديا مهما، نظرا لما صاحب ظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري من انعكاسات طالت مختلف المجالات والأبعاد الإنسانية، كما أن مشكلة سوء استخدام الموارد الطبيعية وتدهور البيئة أصبحت لها أثر واضح على إضعاف التنمية الاقتصادية . وقد ساهمت العديد من الدراسات المتخصصة مثل "تقرير ست "نير عن الآثار السلبية للاحتباس الحراري على الاقتصاد والتنمية وتقرير لجنة الحكومات عن تغير المناخ في رفع الوعي بخطورة التحدي الذي يواجه الاقتصاد والمجتمع البشري في العالم .وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع الآثار التي خلفتها والتي من الممكن أن تخلفها التغيرات المناخية على الموارد و القطاعات المختلفة في العالم عامة وعلى الاقتصاد الجزائري خاصة وتبيان تأثير ذلك على التنمية المستدامة، ومدى وعي الدولة، المؤسسات والأفراد بالمخاطر والبدائل لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة المنشودة ، ومحاولة عرض أهم الجهود التي تبذلها الدولة الجزائرية لمواجهة أثار التغيرات المناخية وكذا تبيان مدى إمكانية تحقيقها تنمية اقتصادية واجتماعية مستدامة في ظل وجود عامل التغيرات المناخية. The climate changes facing the world today pose an important challenge, given the effects of global warming on the various dimensions and dimensions of humanity. The problem of misuse of natural resources and environmental degradation has a clear impact on the weakening of economic development. Several specialized studies, such as the Six-Nair Report on the negative effects of global warming on the economy and development and the report of the Intergovernmental Committee on Climate Change, have contributed to raising awareness of the seriousness of the challenge facing the world's economy and human society. It is possible that climate change will leave the resources and sectors of the world in general and the Algerian economy in particular, and the impact of this on sustainable development, and the awareness of the state, institutions and individuals on the risks and alternatives to achieve sustainable development. أثر التنافسية والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في الدول العربية، خلال الفترة (2006-2016)

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز دور التنافسية (مؤشر التنافسية العالمية) وحجم تدفقات " الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في اقتصاديات الدول العربية للفترة من 2006 إلى 2016 ، وذلك من خلال تحليل الانحدار المتعدد .وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة القياسية أن هذه المؤشرات هي ذات دلالة إحصائية، حيث أن هناك علاقة معنوية وايجابية بين كل من الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ومؤشر تنافسية العالمية على النمو الاقتصادي للدول العربية محل الدراسة. This study aims to measure the impact of foreign direct investment flows and the competitiveness on Economic growth towards Arab economies during the Period 2006-2016. We have analyzed the multiple regression in order to know the type of the relationship between the competitiveness, foreign direct Investmentand and economic growth. The obtained results show that these indicators are statistically significant since there is a positive impact between Global Competitive index, foreign direct investment flows and economic growth, which need important effort to improvement of Investment climate.
أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على الإبداع الإداري

هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على الإبداع الإداري لموظفي الإدارة بالمؤسسة الوطنية لصناعة الأنابيب – عنابة –، ولقياس هذا الأثر تم تصميم إستبانة شملت 67 موظف إداري من مجموع 98 موظف بالمؤسسة كحجم عينة، وخلصت الدراسة لوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمكون (الأساطير، أنظمة الرقابة)،وإلى عدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لمكون (الهياكل التنظيمية) ضمن مكونات الثقافة التنظيمية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتثمين الخبرات السابقة بالمؤسسة للإستفادة منها مستقبلاً، وفسح مجال الحرية للتعبير عن الأفكار والآراء حول العمل لكافة الموظفين. The objective of the study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the managerial creativity of the management staff of the National Pipe Manufacturing Corporation. In order to measure this effect, a questionnaire consisting of 67 administrative staff of 98 employees was designed as a sample size. ), And the absence of a statistically significant impact on the component (organizational structures) within the components of the organizational culture. The study recommended valuing the previous experiences of the institution to benefit from them in the future, and allowed the freedom of expression of ideas and opinions about work for all employees.
أثر الكوزموبوليتانية على السلوك الاستهلاكي للشباب الجزائري تجاه الألبسة الأجنبية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التأكد من مدى تأثير الكوزموبوليتانية على السلوك الاستهلاكي للشباب الجزائري تجاه الألبسة الأجنبية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة قدرت بـ 116 مفردة من ولاية معسكر، ومن خلال حساب ثبات وصدق المقياس باستخدام معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ، وباللجوء إلى طريقة الانحدار الخطي البسيط لاثبات فرضية الدراسة، تم إيجاد أثر لمتغير الكوزموبوليتانية على السلوك الاستهلاكي للشباب الجزائري تجاه الألبسة الأجنبية. This study aims to identify the extent of the influence of the Cosmopolitanism on the consumer behavior Algerian youth towards foreign clothes, to achieve this objective, the study included 116 consumers in the city of Mascara. Calculating the stability and validity of the scale using the alpha-cronbach coefficient, and using the simple linear regression method to prove the hypothesise of the study, the cosmopolitan affects the consumer behavior youth Algerian towards foreign clothing
أثر جودة الإفصاح المحاسبي على تخفيض تكلفة رأس المال

يمثل الإفصاح المحاسبي عملية عرض المعلومات في التقارير المالية بصورة واضحة بهدف توصيل نتائج الأحداث الاقتصادية لمستخدميها وبصفة خاصة المستثمرين، بهدف مساعدتهم على اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية. ويشير الإفصاح المحاسبي الجيد إلى ضرورة شمول التقارير المالية على جميع المعلومات اللازمة ٌلإعطاء مستخدم هذه التقارير صورة واضحة وصحيحة عن الوحدة المحاسبية. كما يلعب الإفصاح المحاسبي الجيد دورا فعالا في قيام أسواق المال بأداء وظائفها، حيث قد يؤدي ذلك إلى تخفيض عدم التأكد المحيط بالاستثمارات، وزيادة إقبال المستثمرين على تقديم أموالهم للشركات، وبالتالي زيادة حجم التداول وتوزيع الخطر بين المتعاملين في سوق المال، وزيادة سيولة هذه الأسواق، الأمر الذي ينعكس على زيادة قيمة الشركة، ومن ثم انخفاض تكلفة رأس المال لهذه الشركات. إستدامة التنقلات في مدينة باتنة: الواقع والاستشراف

تترك المُخرجات السلبية للتنقل تأثيرا سلبياً على إستدامة قطاع النقل داخل المدينة، نظراً للتحديات التي يفرضها نظام النقل بمختلف أنماطه. نستعرض ضمن هذا المقال مدى التأثير الذي تتركه تحديات التنقل على تحقيق إستدامة التنقلات بمدينة باتنة من خلال توزيع إستبيان مُوزعة على 210 إستمارة على موظفي عددا من المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية بمدينة باتنة لتحليل طبيعة تنقلات أفراد المدينة والتعرف على تحديات التنقل فيها، وما يرافق ذلك، من نتائج سلبية على إستدامة التنقلات الحضرية وتعزيز وسائل المواصلات المستدامة. The negative outcomes of mobility have a negative impact on the sustainability of the transport sector within the city, given the challenges imposed by the transport system in all its forms. In this article, we examine the impact of the mobility challenges on the sustainability of mobility in the city of Batna through the distribution of a questionnaire distributed on 210 forms to the employees of a number of public institutions and departments in Batna city to analyze the nature of the movement of the city and the challenges of mobility.
