Analyse D'impact Du Covid Sur La Performance De La Supply Chain

Ce présent article porte sur l’illustration de facteurs et défis auxquels sont confrontés les responsables de la Supply Chain afin de s’adapter perpétuellement et faire face à cette crise sanitaire. Notre contribution s’inscrit dans l’analyse de l’impact du covid 19 sur la performance de la supply chain tout en identifiant les meilleures stratégies et solutions en termes de méthodes et outils déployés en temps de crise par les experts du domaine de la supply Chain. Notre méthodologie consiste, primo, en l’élaboration d`entrevues à base d’une étude théorique et une recherche documentaire et bibliographique sur la supply chain, secondo, en communication en ligne de ces entrevues à l’aide d`experts en supply chain et par le biais du réseau professionnel Linkedln. Les résultats démontrent que cette crise du Covid impacte considérablement sur la supply chain : D’abord, en aval, à savoir le retard et l’incertitude d’approvisionnement et ensuite la demande ; puis en amont en termes de distribution, de rupture et de surstock pour certains produits.
Ardl قياس أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المحفظي على القيمة السوقية في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة (2020/1996) باستخدام نموذج

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المحفظي على القيمة السوقية في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة (1996/2020)، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المبطئة ARDL. كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة الديناميكية القصيرة والطويلة الأجل بين متغيرات الدراسة. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر موجب ومعنوي لمساهمة الأجانب في الشركات الأردنية المدرجة في البورصة على القيمة السوقية في الأجلين القصير و الطويل. This study oaims to measure the impact of foreign portfolio investment on the market value in the Amman Stock Exchange during the period (1996-2020), using the Autoregressive Model of Delayed Distributed Time Gaps (ARDL). This study also aims to analyze the short and long term dynamic relatin ship between the study variables. the study concludedthatthereis a positive and moral impact of foreigners' participation in Jordanian companies listed on the stock exchange on the market value in the short and long terms.
Croissance De La Productivité Totale Des Facteurs (ptf) Dans L’industrie Agroalimentaire Algérienne

Cet article évalue la croissance de la PTF dans l’industrie agroalimentaire sur la période allant de 1984 à 2018. L’estimation d’un modèle ECM a permis une meilleure compréhension de la relation de long terme entre la valeur ajoutée d’une part, et le capital et le travail de d’autre part. Selon les résultats empiriques, les rendements d’échelle sont constants et permettent la détermination de la PTF et surtout son lien avec la productivité du capital et la productivité du travail. En effet, la PTF sur la période de l’étude est déterminée par la productivité du capital et elle augmente avec un taux annuel moyen de 5,77%. La productivité du travail augmente avec un taux annuel moyen de +9.41% et son impact sur la PTF n’est pas décisif. Par ailleurs, celle du capital détermine son évolution avec une croissance annuelle positive mais faible de +2,90% en moyenne. En revanche, le rythme de croissance de la PTF est faible en raison des investissements massifs engagés et des effectifs importants employés dans cette industrie. En conséquence, il existe des potentialités considérables en matière d’amélioration de la productivité totale par le biais de la productivité du travail et de celle du capital.
Evaluation De La Contribution Des Petites Et Moyennes Entreprises Au Développement économique De L’algérie

L’objectif de cette étude est de mesurer la contribution des PME crées au développement socioéconomique tant attendu et de comprendre la relation existante entre les PME et ce développement à travers l’analyse de la contribution de ces entreprises à la création d’emplois, aux exportations hors hydrocarbures et au produit intérieur brut par l’analyse de la valeur ajoutée. A cet effet, nous avons mené une étude statistique sur l’évolution des paramètres étudiés durant la période s’étalant entre 2002 et 2020, ce qui nous a montré l’importance des PME, qui ont enregistré une évolution continue, dans la création des emplois et de la richesse illustré par la part de la valeur ajoutée des PME dans le PIB. L’étude nous a montré, par ailleurs, que la part des PME dans les exportations reste insignifiante ce qui témoigne de la dépendance de l’économie algérienne envers les exportations des hydrocarbures.
Ifrs 11 المحاسبة عن الترتيبات المشتركة وفق النظام المحاسبي المالي ومدى توافقه مع متطلبات معيار الإبلاغ المالي الدولي

تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز كيفية المحاسبة عن الترتيبات المشتركة في القوائم المالية وفقا لمتطلبات النظام المحاسبي المالي ومدى توافقه مع المعايير المحاسبية وكذلك تقييم هذه المعالجات المحاسبية، وهذا من خلال دراسة حالة لشركة HYUNSON للهندسة والبناء خلال 2018. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن النظام المحاسبي المالي لا يوفر المتطلبات الكافية للمحاسبة عن الترتيبات المشتركة وأن هناك فجوة بين هذا النظام والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية This study aims to highlight how to account for joint arrangements in the financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the financial accounting system and its compatibility with accounting standards, as well as the evaluation of these accounting treatments, through a case study of HYUNSON Engineering and Construction during 2018. The study reached a set of results, most notably that the financial accounting system does not provide sufficient requirements for accounting for joint arrangements, and that there is a gap between this system and international accounting standards.
L’influence Du Statut Socio-economique Sur Les Depenses Consacrees Aux Deplacements Urbain Dans La Ville De Bejaia

Cet article vise à étudier l’impact du statut social sur les dépenses mensuelles consacrées aux déplacements urbains pour les usagers de transport urbain de la ville de Bejaia ; Et cela en abordant le problème suivant : Y a-t-il un effet statistiquement significatif du statut social des usagers de transport sur les dépenses mensuelles consacrées aux déplacements urbains dans la ville de Bejaia au niveau de significativité < 0,05 ? Afin de répondre à ce problème, la méthode analytique s’est appuyée sur l’utilisation de l’outil questionnaire sur un échantillon d’étude égal à 769 individus de la communauté d’étude, représenté par les usagers de transport dans le zone urbaine de Bejaia, dans le cadre du projet de recherche PRFU; les principaux résultats de la recherche indiquent que les facteurs socio-économiques ont un effet différentiel sur les dépenses mensuelles moyennes consacrées aux déplacements urbains; Les résultats de cette recherche sont d’une grande importance pour aider à prendre des décisions rationnelles liées à la planification des transports dans la ville de Bejaia.
People’s Perceptions Of Access To Medicines’ Determinants During Pandemics

Studying access to medicines dimensions is crucial in helping policy makers to take suitable measures that ensure equitable access for citizens. The present paper aims to define the determinants that shape Algerian people’s perceptions about access to medicines during Covid-19 pandemic. Data were collected via a questionnaire and Microsoft Excel software was used to code, present and analyze data. The results revealed that 68.75% of participants reported they had access to requested medicines and 31.25% think they had not. Respondents were interested in the type of medicines followed by the time factor, the price, the origin of the drugs, and the location of pharmacies respectively. 50% affirmed that their perceptions are the same during and out of Covid-19 period. The geographic dimension determinants were the most significant. Surprisingly, the financial dimension determinants were not important at all. The result is due to the effect of a third-party payment system.
Surveillance Des Zones Critiques Et Des Accès Non Autorisés En Utilisant La Technologie Rfid

La surveillance est la fonction d'observer toutes activités humaine ou environnementales dans le but de superviser, contrôler ou même réagir sur un cas particulier; ce qu’on appelle la supervision ou le monitoring. La technologie de la radio-identification, connue sous l’abréviation RFID (de l’anglais Radio Frequency IDentification), est l’une des technologies utilisées pour récupérer des données à distance de les mémoriser et même de les traiter. C’est une technologie d’actualité et l’une des technologies de l’industrie 4.0 qui s'intègre dans de nombreux domaines de la vie quotidienne notamment la surveillance et le contrôle d’accès. L’objectif de cet article est de montrer comment protéger et surveiller en temps réel des zones industrielles critiques et de tous types d'accès non autorisés de toute personne (employés, visiteurs…) en utilisant la technologie RFID et cela à travers des exemples de simulation à l'aide d’un simulateur dédié aux réseaux de capteurs.
أثر الترويج على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في قيمة العلامة التجارية

هدفت الدراسة بشكل أساسي إلى تحديد أثر الترويج على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في أبعاد قيمة العلامة التجارية لشركات الهاتف المحمول باليمن من منظور عملائها في السوق اليمنية، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية من مفردات العينة بطريقة قصدية (تحكمية) من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من عملاء تلك الشركات. وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية – عند مستوى دلالة (α≤0.05) – للترويج على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بأبعاده المتمثلة بـ(الإعلان، تبادل المحتوى) في قيمة العلامة التجارية للشركات محل البحث, وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة اهتمام الشركات محل البحث بموضوع الترويج على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ضمن إطار استراتيجياتها وممارساتها لكافة الأنشطة والمهام المتعلقة بعناصر الترويج على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في السوق اليمنية، وذلك لما يمثله من أهميةٍ كبيرةٍ في تعزيز قيمة العلامة التجارية للشركات مجال الدراسة من وجهة نظر عملائها الحاليين والمرتقبين , وأيضا زيادة اهتمام الشركات محل البحث بتعزيز أبعاد قيمة علامتها التجارية وخصوصا بعد (الولاء للعلامة التجارية) لدى العملاء. The Impact of Promotion by Social Media on Brand Equity: A Field Study at the Customers’ Perspectives of the Mobile Companies in Yemen” Abstract Basically, this study aimed at identifying the impact of the promotion via social media on the brand equity of the Mobile Service Providers Companies in Yemen from their customers’ perspective, and to extend recommendations for the decision makers of these. To achieve this objective, the study used the descriptive analytical approach to test the hypotheses using a questioner that was designed for data collection.A purposive controlled sample was selected from mobile providing service companies’ customers. A package of statistical methods was used to achieve the objectives of this study and the following main conclusions were revealed: There was a significant statistical impact at (α≤0.05) for the promotion through Social Media (Advertisement and Content Exchange) on the Brand Equity. From customers’ point of view, (Advertising) got first rank of positive impact on Brand Equity of the companies, and Content Exchange came after it sequentially. Based on the results, the study presented a set of recommendations: It was clearly shown that promotion through Social Media Sites is very important for the Brand Equity enhancement; therefore companies should give more focus on this aspect in their marketing activities and strategies.
اختبار الدور المُعدِّل للجهود الترويجية للعلاقة بين جودة المنتجات ورضا المتعاملين في مجموعة شركات جياد الصناعية بالسودان

هدفت الدراسة لاختبار الدور المُعدِّل للجهود الترويجية للعلاقة بين جودة المنتجات ورضا المتعاملين في مجموعة شركات جياد الصناعية، حيث تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في تدني مستوى رضا المتعاملين في المجموعة وذلك لإهمال تطبيق أنظمة إدارية فاعلة مثل الجودة والترويج، حيث تم وضع خمسة فرضيات وتصميم استبيان. وبعد جمع وتحليل البيانات من المبحوثين، توصلت الدراسة لتعديل الجهود الترويجية للعلاقة بين جودة المنتجات ورضا المتعاملين بقيمة تغير في معامل التحديد (0.024). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة توعية القيادة والعاملين في المجموعة بأهمية الجهود الترويجية وجودة المنتجات ورضا المتعاملين. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجهود الترويجية، جودة المنتجات، رضا المتعاملين، مجموعة شركات جياد الصناعية تصنيفاتJEL.
أداء فرع الصناعات الغذائية في الاقتصاد الجزائري واستراتيجية تطويره

تمثل الصناعات الغذائية فرعا مهما من الصناعات التحويلية يمكنه المساهمة في بعث الاقتصاد الجزائري سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على دور فرع الصناعات الغذائية في الاقتصاد الجزائري للفترة بين 2005-2015، مساهمتها جد هامة في الناتج الخام الصناعي وخلق القيمة المضافة داخل قطاع الصناعات التحويلية. حتى تحقق دورها المنوط في التنمية يتطلب رفع انتاجية القطاع الفلاحي كما ونوعا وينبغي اخضاع الصناعة الغذائية لاستراتيجية تطوير الصناعات التحويلية، تتمثل في عملية دمج هذه الصناعات وتعميقها تكنولوجيا هذا بالاستفادة من المزايا النسبية في هذه الصناعات بشكل مشترك ومتكامل، وتعميق هذه الصناعات تكنولوجيا، بتدعيم محتواها المعرفي والتكنولوجي، وتعميق المزايا النسبية للموارد الطبيعية الموجودة فيها. Food industries are an important part of manufacturing that can contribute to the emergence of the algerian economy.this study highlighted the role of the food industry branch in the algerian economy for the period 2005-2015, with its very important contribution to crude output and the manufactuning sector is very important. In order to fulfil its role in development, it is necessary to increase the quantity of the quality of the productivity of the agricultural sector , and the food industry should be subjected to a development strategy, namely, the process of integrating and deeping these industries with technology by taking advantage of these industrie in a joint and integrated manner, and deeping these industries technologicaly, by strengthening their knowledge and technlogical content, and deepening the comparative adventages of their natural resources .
إشكالية حيادية الرسم على القيمة المضافة على القوائم المالية للمؤسسة الجزائرية

تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في إشكالية حيادية الرسم على القيمة المضافة على القوائم المالية للمؤسسة الجزائرية وفقا لمبادئ النظام المحاسبي المالي، حيث تشير أغلب الدراسات والبحوث العلمية إلى أن الرسم على القيمة المضافة حيادي ولا يؤثر على القوائم المالية نظرا لتوفر خاصيتي الاسترجاع من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى يتحمله المستهلك النهائي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرسم على القيمة المضافة في الجزائر يمكن أن يكون حياديا على القوائم المالية في الحالات التي يكتسب فيها الرسم حق الاسترجاع، كما يمكن أن يكون غير حيادي في الحالات التي لا يكتسب فيها الرسم حق الاسترجاع، ذلك أن التشريع الجبائي في الجزائر، وكذلك مبادئ النظام المحاسبي المالي تجعل من الرسم على القيمة المضافة غير حيادي وبالتالي تأثيره على القوائم المالية.
الادخار البنكي وأثره على سلوك المستهلك الجزائري نحو القروض الاستهلاكية ومحلات البيع بالتقسيط

يتناول هذ المقال دراسة واقع الادخار البنكي للمستهلك الجزائري وأثره على سلوكه نحو القروض الاستهلاكية ومحلات البيع بالتقسيط، وهذا عن طريق دراسة ميدانية في مدينة باتنة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى الإحاطة النظرية بالمفاهيم المتعلقة بالادخار البنكي وسلوك المستهلك والقروض الاستهلاكية وخدمات البيع بالتقسيط؛ وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج المهمة، منها: أن الادخار البنكي للعائلات الجزائرية دون المستوى المقبول مقارنة بالادخار التقليدي خارج البنوك، وأيضا مستوى الاقبال على القروض البنكية ومحلات البيع بالتقسيط ضعيف وكاستثناء في حالات خاصة فقط، كما ان المستهلكين الجزائريين يفضلون خدمات محلات البيع بالتقسيط على القروض الاستهلاكية من البنوك في كامل الحالات واستثناء يلجؤون الى القروض الاستهلاكية البنكية عند غياب السلع المرغوبة في محلات البيع بالتقسيط.
التدقيق الداخلي كاداة لتحسين اداء المؤسسة الاقتصادية

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مدى أهمية التدقيق الداخلي في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وتبيان الدور الأساسي للمدقق الداخلي في قياس الكفاءة والفاعلية داخل المؤسسة، وتقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية وتفعيل نظام إدارة المخاطر، ودعم الحوكمة، مع استعراض مفهوم التدقيق الداخلي وتوضيح أهميته، وأهدافه ومبادئه، والإشارة إلى دوره في ظل التوجه الجديد لمفهوم التدقيق الداخلي المتمثل في تقديم التوصيات والاستشارات، من أجل التسيير الأمثل للمؤسسة والأداء الكفء لعملياتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن التدقيق الداخلي الذي يتصف بالاستقلالية والكفاءة في الأداء والفعالية في التخطيط، يساهم في الحد أو التقليل من المخاطر، وتحسين أنظمة الرقابة الداخلية، وتجسيد الحوكمة وترشيد القرارات. كما توصلت إلى وجوب حدوث تغيير جذري في المؤسسات الاقتصادية التي يجب أن تفعل دور المدقق الداخلي، وتحقق الاستقلالية الحقيقية له، لأنه بمثابة المحرك الأساسي لقيادة عجلة حسن الأداء وتسيير في المؤسسة الاقتصادية. This study aimed to shed light on the extent of the importance of internal auditing in improving the performance of all economic institutions and clarifying the main role of the internal auditor in measuring efficiency and effectiveness within the institution, evaluating. the internal control system, activating the risk management system, and supporting governance. With the review of the concept of internal audit and clarifying its importance, objectives, and principals, and to refer to his role in light of the new orientation of the concept of internal audit presented in providing recommendations and consultations for the optimal management of the institution and efficient performance its operations. The study found these most important results: The most important of them is that the internal audit, which is characterized by independence and efficiency and performance and effectiveness in planning, contributes in limiting or minimizing risks, improving internal control systems, embodying governance and rationalizing decisions, it has real independence, because it is the main engine for driving the wheel of good performance and management in the economic institution.
الجامعة الجزائرية - خطوات نحو الجامعة المقاولاتية

يهدف هذ المقال إلى تناول موضوع الجامعة المقاولاتية كمفهوم وممارسة، باعتبارها المحرك الأساسي للتنمية السوسيو اقتصادية في ظل المتغيرات العالمية المعاصرة والوقوف على الخطوات التي اتبعتها الجامعة الجزائرية في عملية التحول نحو الجامعة المقاولاتية، وإلقاء الضوء على أهم الممارسات الميدانية المتعلقة بتطوير الذهنية المقاولاتية في الحرم الجامعي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجامعة الجزائرية خطت خطوات معتبرة في عملية التحول نحو الجامعة المقاولاتية من خلال إدماج المقاولاتية في المناهج الدراسية كمقياس استكشافي في جميع التخصصات وكتخصص قائم بذاته في علوم التسيير، إضافة إلى النتائج الملموسة لمشاركة الطلبة في الدورات التكوينية والمسابقات الوطنية والدولية التي تنظمها دار المقاولاتية والحاضنة بالشراكة مع مركز يبدا بالجامعات الشريكة في مشروع إراسموس+ يبدا والتي توجت بجوائز دولية. This article aims to tackle the Entrepreunarial University as a concept and practice, as the main driver of socio-economic development, to determine the steps taken by the Algerian University in the process of transformation into Entrepreunarial university, and to highlight the most important practices of entrepreneurial mind-set in campus. The study found that the Algerian University has taken significant steps in the process of transformation by embeded entrepreneurship within the curriculum, in addition to the tangible awarded results of student participation in international competitions organized by Yabda center.
الدور التنموي لصناديق الاستثمار الاسلامية

تؤدي صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية دورا مميزا لصغار المستثمرين، غير القادرين على تنويع استثماراتهم ولا يستطيعون الاستفادة من مزايا التنويع بسبب ضآلة أو صغر استثماراتهم، إذ تقدم لهم صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية فرصة التنويع من خلال امتلاكهم للشهادات التي تصدرها، والتي يكون في مقابلها تنويع من طرف صناديق الاستثمار الإسلامية، مع مهارات الاستثمار التي تملكها من طرف مختصين ومؤهلين لذلك. كما لصناديق الاستثمار مزايا على صغار المدخرين فإن لها مزايا كبيرة وعديدة على الاقتصاد ككل من خلال ما تقوم به من جمع الأموال وتحويلها إلى استثمارات، فلا بد لذلك من أثر على المستويين الكلي من تحسين مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي، والمستوى الجزئي على مستوى المؤسسات والجماعات وهذا ما توصلت له هذه الدر اسةIslamic investment funds play an important role for small investors who are unable to diversify their investments and cannot benefit from diversification due to their small investments. because Islamic investment funds give them the opportunity to diversify through their possession of the certificates issued by them, in return for diversification by Islamic investment funds, with the investment skills possessed by specialists who are qualified for that. Just as mutual funds have advantages over small savers, they have many advantages over the economy as a whole through what they do by raising money and turning it into investments. This must have an impact on the macro levels by improving the macroeconomic indicators, and at the micro level at the level of institutions and groups, and this is what this study concluded.
الصناعات المعرفية كمدخل لاندماج الاقتصاديات المغاربية في الاقتصاد العالمي- حلقات الإنتاج/ التبادل نموذجا

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الدور الذي تلعبه الصناعات المعرفية في تحسين شروط اندماج الاقتصاديات المغاربية في الاقتصاد العالمي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصناعات المعرفية من شأنها إعادة رسم خطوط جديدة لتقسيمات العمل الدولية، وما ينجر عنها من تبعات خاصة بالقدرة على تفكيك شروط الإنتاج /التبادل في الأسواق الدولية وإعادة إنتاجها لصالحها، بالإضافة إلى تخفيف النمط السائد لنظام السيطرة الاقتصادية. This study aims to identify the role that knowledge industries play in improving the conditions for the integration of Maghreb economies into the global economy. The study concluded that knowledge industries would redraw new lines for international divisions of labor, and the resulting consequences for the ability to dismantle the conditions of production/exchange in international markets and reproduce them in their favour, degrades, in addition to the ability to mitigate the prevailing pattern of the system of economic control.

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بالمنظمات، من خلال إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه مختلف أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بالشركة محل الدراسة. استخدمت الدراسة استمارة للاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها أن الشركة تتبنى مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية في عملها وأن له الأثر الكبير على تميز أدائها. We aim through this study to identify the impact of social responsibility in achieving organization’s performance excellence, by highlighting the role played by the various dimensions of social responsibility in achieving performance excellence in the company under study. The study used a questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, and a number of results were reached, the most important of which is that the company adopts the concept of social responsibility in its work and that it has a significant impact on the performance excellence.
آليات اقتصاد المعرفة في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي

تحاول هذه الدراسة تحليل آليات اقتصاد المعرفة في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، خاصة بعد التطورات العلمية العالمية الهائلة في التكنولوجيات الجديدة في الإعلام والاتصال التي دفعت أغلب مسيري المؤسسات الاقتصادية في الدول المتقدمة إلى اعتماد المعرفة كعنصر إنتاج محوري جديد .إضافة إلى ذلك، يقترح هذا المقال بعض السبل لتيسير وتسريع اندماج الجزائر في هذا الاقتصاد الجديد كزيادة مستخدمي الشبكة العالمية العنكبوتية للمعلومات (الانترنت)، تطوير نظم التعليم والبحث والابتكار، إعطاء أهمية أكبر لرأس المال الفكري، الاهتمام بالتعّلم مدى الحياة، ردم الهواة المعرفية بين الرجال والنساء، تقليص تعداد الفقراء الجزائريين مع تأمين الحد الأدنى من العدالة الاجتماعية، تثمين دور التعليم النظامي وتشجيع الاستثمارات الأجنبية في التكنولوجيات الجديدة للإعلام والاتصال.
إمكانية تطبيق عقود الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص في الجزائر

نالت عقود الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص أو ما يسمى PPP و التي هي اختصار لكلمة Public Private Partenership اهتمام الحكومات ورجال الأعمال والباحثين ورجال الاقتصاد لما لها من دور في بلوغ أهداف الاستثمار وتخفيف عبئ الموازنة وخلق العمالة وتحمل المخاطر بين القطاع العام والخاص.أشار قانون المالية العضوي 18/15 الذي سيدخل حيز التنفيذ سنة 2023 في المادة 37 منه إلى عقد الشراكة كآلية لتمويل المشاريع في الجزائر. وعليه تستهدف هذه الدراسة محاولة وضع تصور لعقود الشراكة في الجزائر.
