    التغير الاجتماعي وأثره في انتشار ظاهرة جرائم النساء في المجتمع الجزائري

    تعد ظاهرة إجرام النساء من بين الظواهر الاجتماعية التي مازالت موضوع اهتمام واستقطاب علماء الاجتماع والقانون، وعلماء النفس، لما تثيره من اضطراب في العلاقات الإنسانية والقيم الاجتماعية للمجتمع الجزائري بما أن التغير الاجتماعي الذي طرأ على مختلف المجتمعات الإنسانية فإن المجتمع الجزائري استأثر بهذه التغيرات الثقافية التي أدت إلى اختلال المعايير الاجتماعية داخل الأسرة الجزائرية مما نجمت عنه اختلال الأدوار داخل الأسرة مما أدى خروج المرأة للعمل واحتكاكها بالرجل وأصبحت منافسة له في تقليدها للمناصب مما أدى إلى ارتكابها العديد من السلوكات الإجرامية التي من المتوقع بأن الرجل هو الذي يرتكب الجريمة كما يعتقده العامة، فإن المشاكل الاجتماعية الغير سليمة، البطالة تدنى المستوى المعيشي للأسرة، العوامل النفسية، الإحباط المستمر والكبت، الحرمان العاطفي كلها مؤشرات لتنامي الظاهرة الإجرامية لدى المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري This research deals with the social change issue and its impact on the spread of women's crimes in Algerian society through dealing with the phenomenon of social change and its most important characteristics and the nature of rapid change that afflicted Algerian society, especially during recent decades, and its impact on the emergence of new social phenomena on Algerian society, including the phenomenon of female crime, That the woman’s criminal behaviour may be considered one of the strange phenomena in a society known for its conservative pattern and the question about the factors leading to this behaviour, which can be traced back to a set of psychological, social and economic factors, and these factors are the results of the social change that afflicted Algerian society

    حول مقاربة نفسية تحليلية إجتماعية للسلوك الإجرامي

    تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى التعرف على مجموع العوامل والخلفيات السببية الكامنة وراء ارتكاب السلوك الإجرامي في أعلى صوره العدوانية، والمتمثلة في جريمة القتل العمد، والتي قد تصل أحيانًا إلى الجاني إلى درجة اللذة في ارتكاب السلوك الإجرامي. القتل، وهو ما يسمى في التحليل النفسي "سلوك السادي. حيث تلقي هذه الدراسة النفسية الضوء على سيكولوجية المجرم وكيف يوظف الطاقة النفسية في المواقف الاجتماعية من خلال وصف تحليلي نفسي اجتماعي لعينة من السلوكيات المنبثقة عن مرتكبي جرائم القتل والعنف المتعمد.." للوصول في نهاية هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على بعض مصادر هذه المعضلة والتي من شأنها أن توفر بعض النتائج التي يمكن للممارسين في هذا المجال الاستفادة منها من حيث الوقاية أو العلاج. This scientific paper aims to identify the sum of the causal factors and backgrounds behind the commission of criminal behavior in its highest aggressive form, which is represented by the crime of premeditated murder, which may sometimes reach the perpetrator to the point of pleasure in committing criminal behavior. Murder, which in psychoanalysis is called" sadistic behavior". Where this psychological study sheds light on the psychology of the criminal and how he employs psychological energy in social situations through an analytical psychosocial description of a sample of behaviors emanating from the perpetrators of murder and intentional violence. To reach at the end of this study to identify some of the sources of this dilemma that would provide some results that practitioners in this field can benefit from in terms of prevention or treatment.
