دراسة تحليلية لواقع سلوك الساكنة نحو المشكلات البيئية في الجزائر

This article deals with a study of citizens’ behavior towards environmental problems in Algeria by a field study in the municipality of Ghajati. It aims in brief to identify the main concepts of citizen-behavior, environmental problems and analyze this phenomenon practically; The study has reached a set of important results, including: The attention to environmental problems to citizens is weak, as well as the level of awareness of the serious effects of these environmental problems in full areas of life. The study also concluded that the citizens are not aware of sound legal and legal tools to claim their rights from environmental problems.
تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية كمدخل لتحسين الأداء التسويقي الاجتماعي لمنظمات الاعمال ـــ شركة اسمنت تبسة أنموذجا

تهدف الدراسة إلى تحديد دور تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تعزيز الاداء التسويقي للمنظمات، وقد تم تبني شركة اسمنت تبسة نموذجا في هذا المجال حيث تم تحليل تجربتها لكشف عوامل نجاحها وكيفية تعزيز ادائها التسويقي الاجتماعي والحفاظ عليه وتحسينه من خلال تبنيها المسؤولية الاجتماعية. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها أن لشركة اسمنت تبسة رِؤية واعدة بخصوص حماية البيئة واستدامة منتجاتها من خلال الأخذ بمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية وتكريس القيم المجتمعية، حيث حققت مكانا وسط المنافسين من خلال رصيد هام من الممارسات الاجتماعية والبيئية الذي جعل لها صورة ذهنية هامة. كما نوصي بضرورة إقامة أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية ضمن نشاطها التسويقي كضرورة لتعزيز أدائها التسويقي. تصنيفات جال : M30، M39، M31 .
The Contribution Of Islamic Banks To The Achievement Of Social Responsibility

Through this study, we seek to highlight the importance of Islamic institutions and banks' role in establishing the principles of social responsibility and their contribution and assistance in developing societies. Although the State is a guiding and a driving force in all economic, social development fields and processes it can not carry out all developmental roles alone and meet all the requirements and needs of its people. So, it was necessary to integrate organizations, companies, institutions, and banks to contribute to the development processes by carrying out their social responsibilities in the communities in which they operate, and allocating axes from its activities programs for cooperation and solidarity with government agencies. Thus, becoming a partner and a fundamental supporter in this area ملخص نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية دور المؤسسات والبنوك الإسلامية في إرساء مبادئ المسؤولية الاجتماعية ومساهمتها ومساعدتها في تنمية المجتمعات، فبالرغم من أن الدولة تعتبر موجها ومحركا أساسيا في جميع المجالات والعمليات التنموية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، إلا أنها لا تستطيع القيام بمفردها بكل الأدوار التنموية وتحمل أعبائها والوفاء بكل متطلبات واحتياجات شعوبها، لذا كان من الضروري إدماج المنظمات والشركات والمؤسسات والبنوك للمساهمة في عمليات التنمية من خلال تحمل مسؤولياتها الاجتماعية في المجتمعات التي تعمل بها. وتخصيص محاور من برامج نشاطاتها للتعاون والتكافل والتكاتف مع الجهات الحكومية، لتكون بذلك شريكا وداعما أساسيا لها في هذا المجال.
Mobilis أثر الرعاية الرياضية على اتجاهات الأفراد نحو استهلاك المنتجات المحلية في الجزائر، دراسة حالة مؤسسة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر الرعاية الرياضية المستخدمة من طرف مؤسسة MOBILIS على اتجاهات الأفراد بمدينة باتنة في الجزائر نحو استهلاك منتجاتها. وقد تم جمع البيانات من عينة تقدر بـ 300 مفردة عن طريق استبانة صممت لأغراض الدراسة. كما استخدمت الدراسة الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لتفسير بياناتها واختبار فرضياتها الخاصة بالتحليل والكشف عن علاقات التأثير المباشرة بين المتغير المستقل الرئيسي (الرعاية الرياضية) والمتغير التابع (اتجاهات الأفراد: الادراك، الشعور ونية الشراء). وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر للرعاية الرياضية المستخدمة من طرف مؤسسة MOBILIS على اتجاهات الأفراد بمدينة باتنة في الجزائر نحو استهلاك منتجاتها. وأن المستجوبين أعطوا الأولوية لمكونات الاتجاهات حسب الترتيب التالي: الشعور، الادراك ثم نية الشراء. وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود تأثير لرعاية مؤسسة MOBILIS المنتخب الوطني لكرة القدم على جميع مكونات اتجاهات الأفراد. كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في العلاقة بين الرعاية الرياضية للمؤسسة واتجاهات الأفراد نحو استهلاك منتجاتها تعزى إلى الخصائص العامة للمستجوبين. Cette étude vise à déterminer l'effet de sponsoring sportif utilisé par la société MOBILIS sur les attitudes des individus à la vile BATNA en Algérie vers la consommation de leurs produits, Les données ont été recueillies d'un échantillon composé de 300 individus, à travers un questionnaire conçu pour les besoins de l'étude. cette dernière a aussi utilisé des méthodes statistiques descriptives et déductives pour interpréter les données et tester les hypothèses qu’il sont associés à l'analyse et la détection de l'influence directe entre la variable indépendante (sponsoring sportif) ,et la variable dépendante (les attitudes des individus: la cognition, les sentiments et les intentions d'achat). Les résultats de l'étude ont montré qu’il y’a un effet de sponsoring sportif utilisé par la firme MOBILIS sur les tendances des individus à la vile BATNA en Algérie vers la consommation de leurs produits, Et que les répondants donnent la priorité à les composants des tendances dans l'ordre suivant : le sentiment, la perception et l'intention d'achat. Les résultats ont également trouvé qu’il existe des différences dans la relation entre le sponsoring sportif de la firme et Les tendances des individus vers la consommation de ses produits, en raison des caractéristiques générales des répondants .
تحليل الكفاءة السعرية لسوق عمان للأوراق المالية عند المستوى الضعيف (خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2014-2020)

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار فرضية كفاءة بورصة عمان للأوراق المالية عند المستوى الضعيف خلال الفترة الممتدة من 05/01/2014 -31/12/2020 وقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض المفاهيم المتعلقة بنظرية الكفاءة، والدراسة القياسية من أجل اختبار فرضية السير العشوائي لسلسلة مؤشر سوق عمان من خلال بيانات يومية وذلك باستعمال اختبار التوزيع الطبيعي واختبارات الإستقرارية (ديكي فولر الموسعADF ،فيليبس بيرون P.P واختبار KPSS)، اختبار الإرتباط الذاتي، اختبار أثر التباين الشرطي المتجانس ARCH ونموذج GARCH. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن السلسلة الزمنية لعوائد مؤشر السوق لا تتبع التوزيع الطبيعي بالإضافة إلى أنها لا تمتاز بالسير العشوائي وأسعار أسهمها مستقرة، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر التباين الشرطي. ومنه فإن سوق عمان للأوراق المالية غير كفؤة عند المستوى الضعيف. This study aims to test the Hypothesis of the Efficiency of the ASE at a Weak level during the period from 05/01/2014 to 31/12/2020 We have used the descriptive analytical Approach to desplay concepts related to Efficiency Theory, and standard study to test the Random Walk Hypothesis of the Oman market index Series through Daily data using the naturel distribution testing and stability tests (Augmented Dickey- Fuller ADF, Philips Perron P.P and KPSS test), the self-correlation test, Autoregressive conditional Hoteroscedastic (ARCH ) and GARCH model. The study found that the time series of market index returns does not follow the naturel distribution in addition to not characterized by Random functioning and its share price is stable, also there is trace of the Autoregressive conditional Hoteroscedactic. from which the Oman Stock Exchange is inefficient at the Weak level.
The Effect Of Economic Growth On The Environmental Pressure Of Water Consumption In Algeria

This paper aims to try to investigate the impact of economic growth on the environmental pressure of water consumption within the framework of the Kuznets environmental curve in Algeria, both in the short and long term, by conducting a formal study in Algeria during the period 1980-2019, The ARDL self-regression methodology was used to verify this study using variable the water consumption as a dependent variable and explanatory variables represented in real GDP and the population.. Based on the study variables, the study found that growth positively affects the environmental pressure of Algeria's water consumption in the short and long terms. This is different from the assumptions of Kuznets environmental curve.
دور التدقيق الجبائي في التقليل من الخطر الجبائي في الجزئر

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز فعالية التدقيق الجبائي في تسيير العبء الجبائي الذي تتحمله المؤسسة، بشكل دوري ومستمر، والحد من الخطر الجبائي الناجم عن عدم احترام القوانين والتشريعات الجبائية، الأمر الذي يعرض المؤسسة إلى عواقب مالية تتمثل في غرامات وعقوبات قد تصل إلى حد العجز المالي. يجدر تسليط الضوء على الرقابة الجبائية باعتبارها أحد أوجه ممارسات السلطة الإدارية في رقابة المكلفين بالضريبة من جهة، وكذا التغير في النصوص الجبائية و الطابع المعقد لقانون الضرائب من جهة أخرى، مما يشكل أبرز المخاطر الحقيقية التي قد تتعرض لها المؤسسة الإقتصادية في دورة حياتها، ويجعلها بذلك تلجأ إلى تقنيات التدقيق، لتفادي تلك المخاطر. يستعمل التدقيق الجبائي تقنيات وآليات متنوعة، تسمح له بالاكتشاف المُبكّر للتجاوزات والإغفالات، وبالتالي حصر الخطر الجبائي لتفاديه أو التقليل منه، لذلك على المؤسّسة التي ترغب في تبني سياسة جبائية شفافة، أن تهتمّ بشكل جدّي بهذه المهمّة التي تُعتبر جهازَ إنذار مُسبق و مناعةً للمؤسّسة إن تعرضت لعمليّةَ رقابةٍ جبائيّةٍ مُحتملة This study precises effective role of tax audit in managing company tax charges, continuously and periodically, to reduce tax risk that results from the non-respecting tax legislation, which exposes the company to financial sanctions, amends financial invalidity. highlighting tax control by administrative authority in controlling the charged by tax, and the continuous changes on tax legislation with complicated character of the tax law, which represents real risk in the company circle, and pushes it to use audit technics, in order to avoid those risks. tax audit uses various technics and methods to early achieve omissions and abuses, to restrict task risk, in order to avoid it or to minimize it at least. When the company aims adopting clear tax policy, it takes tax audit in consideration, as a preventive warning alarm and immunity for the company whenever it is exposed to an eventual tax control.
التعاقد كبرنامج رقمي في المنظومة الصحية دراسة حالة المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي باتنة

تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة المزيج التمويلي الذي وجب على المنظومات الصحية البحث عنه بما يتلاءم واحتياجاتها، لأنها تعاني العجز ، وهذا نظرا للعلاقة القائمة حاليا بينها و بين مموليها نتائج الدراسة تكمن في توجه المنظومة الصحية الى تطبيق التعاقد كنظام تمويل، وهذا بتطبيق الاقتصاد الرقمي الصحي، من خلال رقمنة المعلومات التبادلية بين الهيئات التعاقدية ، وتوصلت النتائج أيضا الى استعداد المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي باتنة الى تطبيق هذا النظام، الذي يعتبر نمطا جديدا في مجال التسيير و يهدف إلى إعادة تسيير نظام المؤسسة الاستشفائية و هذا لتحقيق الفعالية و النجاعة والخروج من الأزمة. التنمية السياحية في البلدان العربية في ظل متطلبات المنافسة الدولية - تحديات ورهانات

لقد أضحت السياحة صناعة متكامـلة تتضـمن التخطيط والاستثمار والتشييد والتسويق والترويج. وهي صناعة متعددة المراحل تتفاعل وتعتمد على قطاعات الاقتصاد الأخرى، وبالتالي تعتبر عاملا مساعداً لعملية التنمية الاقتصادية خصوصاً في مجال البنية التحتية للاقتصاد. توصلت الدراسة أنه بالنسبة للبـلدان الـنامية والعربية منها ورغـم تمـتعها بميـزة نسـبية مـن حيـث جـذب السـياح، لاسـيما مـن حيـث مواقـع السـياحة الـثقافية وأسـعارها المنخفضـة، إلا أن نصـيبها مـن السياحة العالمية لا يزال أدنى بكثير من إمكانياتها، لأن قطـاع السـياحة في هـذه البلدان لا يزال يواجه قيوداً كبيرة. وكنتيجة يمكن القول ان القطاع السياحي في البلدان النامية لم يلقى الاهتمام اللازم الذي يستحقه كقطاع اقتصادي هام مدر للعملات الأجنبية وخالق لفرص العمل.
التنبؤ بإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية الحرارية في الجزائر حتى آفاق 2030 باستعمال منهجية بوكس جنكينز

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التنبؤ بإنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية الحرارية في الجزائر إلى غاية سنة 2030، باستخدام الأساليب القياسية من خلال منهجية بوكس جنكيزThe Box-Jenkins Method، وذلك لمعرفة وتيرة تطور إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية في المستقبل. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية الحرارية في الجزائر سيستمر في الزيادة لمواكبة الطلب الكبير للقطاع العائلي والصناعي على الكهرباء بالرغم من أنّ المصدر الحراري (باستخدام الغاز الطبيعي) لإنتاج الكهرباء يعتبر مصدر غير نظيف. The aim of this study is to predict the production of thermal electricity in Algeria until 2030, using the econometric methods through the Box-Jenkins to determine the frequency of electricity production in the future. The study concluded that production of thermal electricity in Algeria is increasing rapidly in turn can be explained by the need to meet a growing electricity demand.
Protecting The Consumer From Misleading Advertising In The Light Of Iso 26000 Recommendations:

The study aims at examining, from the customers’ points of view, the responsiveness of the Algerian Condor Electronics company, which integrates ISO 26000, to the standard recommendations about the customers’ protection from misleading advertising. The study is based on a recent typology of truthful but misleading advertising to set the dimensions of the phenomenon. The study is positioned within the descriptive, analytical and statistical methods. It is a case study which consists of a sample of 208 customers who have already consumed the products of the company. The study concludes that Condor Electronics moderately responds to the mentioned recommendations. The study recommends the company to provide more information about its product in its advertisements.

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تقييم مستوى كفاءة تطبيق الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة في دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا ، حيث تعتبر المؤسسات ، ورأس المال البشري والبحث ، والبنية التحتية ، وتطور الأعمال هي المؤشرات الرئيسية للاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة في بحثنا. و مدخل النموذج بينما يعتبر نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي مخرج للنموذج. تتضمن مجموعة البيانات الخاصة بنا بيانات 14 دولة على مدى 5 سنوات، 2015-2019، وتوفر 70 ملاحظة، وتظهر النتائج الرئيسية أن تطبيق مؤشرات KBE مقبول في بعض البلدان وأن مصر هي الأفضل في هذا المجال، عندما تكون الجزائر الأسوأ. This paper aims to assess the level of competency of applying the knowledge-based economy in MENA countries, where institutions, human capital and research, infrastructure, and business development are the main indicators of a knowledge-based economy in our research. An input to the model while the per capita GDP is an output of the model. Our dataset includes data for 14 countries over a period of 5 years, 2015-2019, providing 70 observations. The main results show that the application of KEB indicators is acceptable in some countries and that Egypt is the best in this area, when Algeria is the worst.
درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية من فلسطين للتخطيط الاستراتيجي وعلاقتها بمواجهة الازمات

هدف البحث التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية بالمحافظات الجنوبية من فلسطين للتخطيط الاستراتيجي والكشف عن علاقتها بمواجهة الأزمات، وقد اتبع البحث الأسلوب المستخدم من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، إذْ تمَّ اعتمادُ الاستبانةِ أداةً رئيسيةً لجمعِ البيانات، والتي طُبقتْ على عينةٍ من مجتمعِ الدراسةِ المتمثلِ في معلمي المرحلةِ الثانويةِ في المحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطين، والبالغِ عددَهم (355) مدرسًا، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أنَّ تقديرَ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لدرجةِ ممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ للتخطيطِ الاستراتيجيِّ من وجهةِ نظرِ معلميهم جاءَ بوزنٍ نسبيٍّ (78.52%)، أي بدرجةٍ مرتفعة، كما أظهرت نتائج البحث أن تقديرَ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لمستوى مواجهةِ الأزماتِ في المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ من وجهةِ نظرِ معلميها جاءَ بوزنٍ نسبيٍّ (77.28%)، أي بدرجةٍ مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقةٌ ارتباطيةٌ طرديةٌ موجبةٌ بين متوسطاتِ درجاتِ تقديرِ أفرادِ عينةِ الدراسةِ لدرجةِ ممارسةِ مديري المدارسِ الثانويةِ بالمحافظاتِ الجنوبيةِ من فلسطينَ للتخطيطِ الاستراتيجيِّ ومتوسطاتِ درجاتِ تقديرِهم لمستوى مواجهةِ الأزماتِ في المدارسِ ذاتِها. The research aimed to identify the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine in strategic planning and to reveal their relationship with facing crises. The research followed the method used from the descriptive and analytical approach, as the questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, which was applied to a sample of the study population represented by teachers The secondary school level in the southern governorates of Palestine, which numbered (355) teachers, and the results of the research showed that the evaluation of the study sample members of the degree of the practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine of strategic planning from the viewpoint of their teachers came with relative weight (78.52%), i.e. a high degree. The results of the research also showed that the study sample’s assessment of the level of crisis response in secondary schools in the southern governorates of Palestine from the viewpoint of its teachers came with a relative weight (77.28%), that is, a high degree. The results also showed a positive correlation between the average grades of the study sample’s ratings. To the degree of practice of secondary school principals in the southern governorates of Palestine Strategic planning and averages of their assessment of the level of crisis response in the same schools.
أثر الانفتاح التجاري والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و الحوكمة على النمو الاقتصادي

يعتبر كل من الانفتاح التجاري والاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة من أهم العوامل المحددة للنمو الاقتصادي في ظل نظام حوكمة ملائم .ان الهدف من هده المقالة هو دراسة أثر سياسة الانفتاح التجاري وجدب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في عينة لدول ناشئة خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2000-2018 .تم الاعتماد على بيانات تقنية بانل. خلصت نتائج التقدير الى وجود علاقة عكسية بين الانفتاح التجاري والنمو الاقتصادي في حين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر علاقة إيجابية بالنسبة لدول العينة ، توصي الدراسة بالاعتماد على تقنيات أكثر دقة مثل نماذج بانل الديناميكية في الدراسات المستقبلية.
Covid-19 دور رأس مال الفكري القائم على الشبكات في التنمية المستدامة للاستجابة لوباء

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو استكشاف دور رأس المال الفكري القائم على الشبكات في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من جانب القدرة الاستيعابية للمعرفة في الاستجابة لوباء COVID-19. يعتمد البحث في هذه الورقة على دراسة ذات طبيعة نوعية ويأخذ منهجًا توضيحيًا باستخدام البحث الببليوغرافي والوثائقي. بعد تفسيرنا للنموذج النظري المفاهيمي المقترح، توصلت الدراسة أن التركيز على القدرات الاستيعابية التكنولوجية، هو السبيل الوحيد لضمان استدامة القيمة المعرفية للمؤسسات. أظهرت النتائج أن انشاء القيمة المعرفية هي مسألة تتعلق بقدرة المؤسسات على إدارة معرفة مكونات رأس مال الفكري ضمن الشبكات. يساهم اكتشاف المعرفة من قواعد البيانات في القيمة المستدامة لمعرفة رأس مال الفكي القائم على الشبكات في ظل وباء19 COVID- The purpose of this study is to explore the role of network-based intellectual capital in achieving sustainable development in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research in this paper is based on a study of a qualitative nature and takes an explanatory approach, using bibliographical and documentary research. After interpreting Theoretical-Conceptual model proposed, the study found that focusing on technological capacity is the only way to ensure the sustainability of the cognitive value of enterprises. The results also showed that knowledge-value creation is a matter of organizations ’ability to manage knowledge components’ intellectual capital within networks. Knowledge discovery from databases contributes to the sustainable value of network-based Intellectual-capital knowledge in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Supportive Organizational Culture Of Communities Of Practice And Their Impact On Service Quality

This study aims to determine the impact of supportive organizational culture and communities of practice on Biskra (Algeria) hotels’ service quality. Supportive organizational culture was measured through its dimensions (communities of practices members motivation, management support, and knowledge culture); communities of practices was measured through (communities of practice activities and communities of practices identity); and the (SERVQAUL model) was adopted to measure a service quality. A sample of 109 employees within fifteen of twenty-two Hotels in Biskra city was used. Data were analyzed using AMOS 21.0 to determine the direct and indirect effect among study variables. This study confirms that supportive organizational culture has a positive direct effect on hotels’ service quality and communities of practice, and the indirect effect on hotels’ service quality. In turn, communities of practice have a positive direct effect on hotels’ service quality. The study recommendations are also proposed.

نال موضوع إدارة الجودة الشاملة الكثير من الاهتمام في العديد من القطاعات، من بينها قطاع التعليم العالي الذي يمثل محور التنمية المستدامة خاصة في ظل التحديات الراهنة. حيث سعت مؤسسات التعليم العالي إلى ضمان جودة مخرجاتها، وتطوير نظمها التعليمية، ووضع معايير أكاديمية للارتقاء بهذا القطاع. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة في قطاع التعليم العالي ويبان أهمية تطبيقها، مع تسليط الضوء على مجموعة من التجارب العالمية والعربية الرائدة في تطبيق هذا المبدأ في جامعاتها، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على الإشكالية التالية: فيما تتمثل خطوات ومتطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي للتجارب المختارة؟ وباعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة هذا الموضوع. ولقد توصلت هذه الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها: هنالك حاجة ماسة لأي مؤسسة من مؤسسات قطاع التعليم العالي لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة لضمان جودة مخرجاتها، والرفع من مستوى إنتاجيتها وتطوير نظمها التعليمية، كذلك سمحت التجارب المتناولة في الدراسة على الرغم من الاختلاف في الأسلوب إلا أنها تتفق على ضرورة تطبيق وإدراج الجودة الشاملة ضمن خططها وبرامجها وهذا للارتقاء بقطاع التعليم العالي. This paper aims at clarifying the concept of comprehensive quality managrment in the higher education sector and indicating the importance of its application, highlighting a series of leading international and arab experiences in applying this principle in its universities, this is through answering the following problem with the steps and requirements of applying comprehensive quality management in higher education institutions for the selected experiences ?, and by adopting the descriptive and analytical approach in dealing with this topic. in addition to the fact that the company has a strong interest in the quality of its products and services, it has also been able to increase its productivity and develop its educational systems higher education .
