    جاءت دراستنا هذه لتسلط الضوء على دوافع إقبال الطفل الجزائري على السرقة في الأسواق الشعبية ، حاولنا من خلالها الوقوف على الأسباب والعوامل الاجتماعية التي تدفع الطفل الجزائري لسرقة في الأسواق الشعبية حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الميدانية الكشف إلى أن الظروف الأسرية، لها دور في ولولج الطفل الجزائري على عالم السرقة داخل الأسواق الشعبية، بالإضافة إلى غياب الردع في هذه الأماكن من طرف مؤسسات الضبط ساهم أكثر في انتشار هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع الجزائري.This study sheds light on the motives of the Algerian child’s desire to steal in the popular markets, through which we tried to identify the causes and social factors that push the Algerian child to steal in the popular markets. The Algerian on the world of theft in the popular markets, in addition to the lack of deterrence in these places by the control institutions contributed more to the spread of this phenomenon in Algerian society
