    إن إدراك الإنسان المتزايد لمخاطر التلوث والناجم عن زيادة الإستهلاك من مختلف مصادر الطاقة الأحفورية من جهة، ونضوب هذه الأخيرة من جهة أخرى، جعله يفكر جديا في التقليل من الاستفادة منها، واللجوء إلى مصادر آخري للطاقة أكثر ديمومة ونظافة. لذا سنحاول في الدراسة التطرق إلى سياسة تنمية المصادر المتجددة كخيار استراتيجي نحو نظام طاقة مستدام. وتعد التجربة الطاقوية الألمانية كأحد التجربة رائدة في مجال إستخدام البدائل المتجددة. The increasing human awareness of pollution risks resulting from increased consumption of various fossil energy sources on the one hand, and depletion of the other on the other hand, made it seriously considered to reduce their utilization and to resort to other sources of energy that are more sustainable and cleaner. Therefore, we will try to study renewable resources development policy as a strategic option towards a sustainable energy system. The German Energy Experiment as a pilot is a pioneer in the use of renewable alternatives.
