Covid-19 دور رأس مال الفكري القائم على الشبكات في التنمية المستدامة للاستجابة لوباء

Abstract

الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو استكشاف دور رأس المال الفكري القائم على الشبكات في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة من جانب القدرة الاستيعابية للمعرفة في الاستجابة لوباء COVID-19. يعتمد البحث في هذه الورقة على دراسة ذات طبيعة نوعية ويأخذ منهجًا توضيحيًا باستخدام البحث الببليوغرافي والوثائقي. بعد تفسيرنا للنموذج النظري المفاهيمي المقترح، توصلت الدراسة أن التركيز على القدرات الاستيعابية التكنولوجية، هو السبيل الوحيد لضمان استدامة القيمة المعرفية للمؤسسات. أظهرت النتائج أن انشاء القيمة المعرفية هي مسألة تتعلق بقدرة المؤسسات على إدارة معرفة مكونات رأس مال الفكري ضمن الشبكات. يساهم اكتشاف المعرفة من قواعد البيانات في القيمة المستدامة لمعرفة رأس مال الفكي القائم على الشبكات في ظل وباء19 COVID- The purpose of this study is to explore the role of network-based intellectual capital in achieving sustainable development in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. The research in this paper is based on a study of a qualitative nature and takes an explanatory approach, using bibliographical and documentary research. After interpreting Theoretical-Conceptual model proposed, the study found that focusing on technological capacity is the only way to ensure the sustainability of the cognitive value of enterprises. The results also showed that knowledge-value creation is a matter of organizations ’ability to manage knowledge components’ intellectual capital within networks. Knowledge discovery from databases contributes to the sustainable value of network-based Intellectual-capital knowledge in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
