Abstract

لقد أصبح موضوع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أحد المواضيع التي تلقى اهتماما بالغا لدى مختلف البلدان والمنظمات الدولية كما نال اهتمام العديد من الاقتصاديين، ولعل السبب في ذلك يكمن في الدور الفعال الذي تؤديه هذه المؤسسات في الدول المتقدمة والمتخلفة على حد سواء، وكغيرها من الدول سعت الجزائر الى تطوير وترقية قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال وضع برامج خاصة بها وتخصيص هيئات دعم لأجل تنميتها وتطويرها وهذا لأهمية هذا القطاع الذي أصبح الرهان الأساسي لتفعيل التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ودعم سياسة التشغيل بالجزائر. وسنتناول في هذا البحث استراتيجية تطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كآلية لتطوير عجلة التنمية المحلية ودفع عجلة التشغيل.
