ألمانيا وأزمة اللجوء السوري –أمننة البعد الهوياتي

Abstract

في مواجهة أكبر أزمة لجوء بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، ولأسباب مختلفة تباينت مواقف دول الاتحاد الأوروبي بين المداخل التقليدية الأمنية وبين المدخل الإنساني الذي فضلته صانعة القرار الألماني -الحكومة- في تفاعلها مع أزمة اللجوء السوري مما وضعها أمام تحديات سوسيو-سياسية تتعدى حدود الحاجة الاقتصادية اللوجستيكية لتطال مسألة أعقد وهي الهوية و الإندماج ومدى توظيفها سياسيا لدفع صناع القرار إلى الحياد عنه، فترمي هذه الورقة إلى دراسة الفجوة بين اندفاع الجهود السياسية وفتور الواقع في تجسيدها حسب نتائج عديد لدراسات التتبعية لهذه الأزمة.
