Abstract

رغم أن مصطلح الإدارة بالازمات هو مصطلح قل ماتم تداوله و خاصة في الأبحاث العلمية إلا انه عمليا يتم تطبيقه منذ القدم في العديد من السياسات الإدارية المتعلقة بالمؤسسات و حتى في سياسات الحكومات و إقتصاديتها. تعد هذه الدراسة إسهاما نظريا يهدف إلى إعطاء مفهوم أعمق لأسلوب الإدارة بالازمات من خلال إبراز النقاط الواجب توافرها لإمكانية صناعة الأزمة و الوصول بها إلى تحقيق الاهداف المسطرة. تمكنت الدراسة في الأخير من وضع هيكل عام لأسلوب الإدارة بالأزمات يتضمن أهم الأساسيات التي يبنى عليها الموضوع ، بالإضافة الى هذا قدمت بعض الأمثلة العملية التي تم فيها تطبيق أسلوب الإدارة بالازمات و صناعة الأزمة. .
