الاقتصاد الدائري الأخضر ... نحو مسار مستدام لإنتاج الطاقة

Abstract

ظهر الاقتصاد الدائري الأخضر نتيجة حتمية معالجة النفايات من جهة والبحث عن مصادر جديدة للطاقة من ناحية أخرى. فقد أصبح التثمين الطاقوي للنفايات بإعتبار أنها مصدرا للطاقة مكسبا تنمويا مستداما، إذ يعتبر الحفاظ على الموارد وإدارتها بكفاءة من أهم المتطلبات لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الطرح المفاهيمي للاقتصاد الدائري الأخضر، باعتباره توجه تنموي مستدام لتحقيق استدامة الموارد والطاقات وجعلها أكثر دائرية، من خلال آلية إعادة التدوير النفايات للإنتاج الأخضر الصديق للبيئة، وتبني المسار الأخضر لحياة أكثر جودة. من خلال إتاحة الفرص والخيارت أكثر استدامة ومنتجة للطاقة، القائم أساسا على تحويل مسار النفايات من مشكلة بيئية إلى موارد تنموية ''التثمين الطاقوي للنفايات''. وباعتبار أن الدراسة الحالية تطرح مقاربة وظيفية للإدارة المتكاملة للنفايات في إطار الاقتصاد الدائري الأخضر، كان من الأجدر طرح تجارب دولية رائدة في هذا المجال، ومن ذلك تم طرح التجربة السويدية. The green circular economy emerged as a result of the inevitability of waste treatment on the one hand and the search for new sources of energy on the other. The energy valuation of waste, considering waste as a source of energy, has become a sustainable development gain, as preserving and efficiently managing resources is one of the most important requirements for achieving sustainable development. The current study aims at the conceptual presentation of the green circular economy, considering a sustainable development trend to achieve the sustainability of resources and energies and make them more circular, through the waste recycling mechanism for green production that is environmentally friendly, and the adoption of the green path for a better quality of life. By providing more sustainable and energy-producing opportunities and options, based mainly on transforming the waste stream from an environmental problem to a development resource “energy valuation of waste”. Given that the study presents a functional approach to integrated waste management within the framework of a circular green economy, it would have been more appropriate to present leading international experiences in this field, including the Swedish experience.
