تطور مفهوم الحق في الصحة في القانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان

Abstract

يعد الحق في الصحة من أهم حقوق الإنسان وقد عرف هذا الحق تطورا ملحوظا؛ من مفهومه التقليدي إلى مفهومه المتطور، الذي يطلق عليه بالصحة الإلكترونية. وهذا المفهوم المتطور، هو خيارا تبنته منظمة الأمم المتحدة في بداية الألفية الثالثة، وحثت الدول على تجسيده وتكريسه في أنظمتها، باعتباره نظاما فعالا سيساهم في توسيع وتسهيل التمتع بالحق في الصحة لأكبر عدد من السكان. The right to health is one of the most important human rights and this right has seen a remarkable development from its traditional concept to its advanced concept, which is called e-health. This advanced concept is an option that the United Nations adopted at the beginning of the third millennium and urged countries to embody it and enshrine in their national systems, as an effective system that will help expand and facilitate the enjoyment of right to health for the greatest number of the population.
