التمثيل السياسي النسـوي فـي الـدول المغاربية: بيـن نصـوص التمكـين وموانع التفعيل - مدخـل السقف الزجـاجي -

Abstract

بالرغم من تطور المنظومة القانونية الوطنية وعبر الوطنية المرتبطة بمكانة المرأة في الحياة العامة والسياسية على وجه الخصوص، إلا أن الواقع لا يجزم بحالة التمكين المنشودة. استنادا لذلك، تهدف الدراسة إلى استيضاح أسباب الفشل في الوصول لحالة التمكين التام في الدول المغاربية، من خلال إحدى الجهود النظرية المتخصصة، وهي نظرية السقف الزجاجي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصورة الذهنية النمطية عند الرجال عن المرأة، أبقت دور النساء محصورا على الأعمال التقليدية، وأوجدت حواجز غير مرئية تعيق تمكين النساء سياسيا. وهي ذات التفسير المعتمد من مدخل السقف الزجاجي Despite the evolution of the national and transnational legal system associated with the status of women in public and political life in particular, the reality does not reflect the desired state of empowerment On the basis of this, the study aims to clarify the reasons of the failure to reach the full empowerment status in the Maghreb countries through one of the specialized theoretical efforts, namely Glass Ceiling Theory The study found that men's stereotypical profil about women kept her roles limited to traditional work, because of the invisible barriers to women's political empowerment.
