البنيوية التكوينية ودورها في إدارة مخاطر الجرائم الأسرية

Abstract

تهدف هذه المداخلة لإبراز دور البنيوية التكوينية في إدارة مخاطر الجرائم الأسرية، من خلال تحليل سوسيولوجي وفق مقاربة نوربرت إلياس لمبادئ وأسس تفاعلات الأفراد المتبادلة في اتجاهات مضادة؛ لبقية تفاعلات الأفراد ضمن العديد من العمليات التكوينية، التي تشكلت من العلاقات التبعية المتبادلة داخل وخارج الاسرة، والتي ينخرط فيها الأفراد ضمن تحولات واعية أو غير واعية، تعمل على إعادة خلق التوازن الدينامي والوفاق الاجتماعي داخل وخارج الاسرة، ضمن عمليات تعلم إدارة مخاطر الجرائم الأسرية.

This intervention aims to to highlight the role of constitutive structuralism in managing the risks of domestic crimes through sociological analysis based on Elias Norbert's approach to the principles and foundations of individual interactions in directions opposite to other individual interaction within the many constitutive processes formed from interdependent relationships inside and outside the family in which individuals engage in conscious or unconscious transformations that work to recreate dynamic balance and social harmony inside and outside the family through learning process to manage the risks of family crimes.
