مدى التأسي بشخص الرسول ﷺ في الجانب السياسي

Abstract

يندرج هذا المقال ضمن إسهامات التصحيح وإزالة اللبس الذي علق بأحد حقول السياسة الشرعية، والمتمثل تحديدا في النطاق المعتبر للاقتداء بالرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم في الجانب السياسي بكونه حاكما. ذلك أن المجال السياسي خاضع للتطور والتغير والتجدد وليس مجالا عقائديا أو عباديا من شأنه الاستقرار، وبين النصوص المتناهية والوقائع اللامتناهية يمنح الإسلام للعقل المؤتمن النشاط والاجتهاد لإحداث عملية التوفيق والانسجام. يأتي هذا المقال ليسجل مسلكا وسطا متزنا بين مسلك علماني يُحيدُ الوحي عن الحياة السياسية ومسلك جامد ديني يلزم حضور الوحي في جميع جزئيات الحياة ويعطل العقل فتذوب خصوصية الشريعة السياسية. إن هذا المقال يدفع العقل للنشاط والتدبير مستظلا بمقاصد الشريعة ليحدد نطاقا للتأسي في الجانب السياسي من سيرة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم. This research paper is meant to contribute to the correction and removal of confusion that has been associated to one of the of Sharia political fields, which is specifically represented in considering the scope of following the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) being a ruler in the political sphere. As the political sphere is subject to development, change and renovation, not a doctrinal or religious field that would be stable, and between finite texts and infinite practices, Islam gives the sound mind activity and Ijtihad to bring about the process of conciliation and harmony. This paper provides a balanced compromise between a secular path that deviates revelation from political life and a rigid religious path that requires the presence of revelation in all parts of life and cancel the mind so that the specificity of political law dissolves. This paper pushes the mind to plan its activities under the guidance of the purposes of Sharia to define a scope for the political aspects from the biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
