النص الديني والمدخل المقاصدي في القراءة الحداثية

Abstract

الملخص: تعددت القراءات للنص الشرعي بغية النهضة والتحرر من قيود الجهل والتخلف، بين قراءة تعتمد الفهم السلفي والاكتفاء بفهم السلف الصالح، والقراءة الجزئية التفصيلية للنص الشرعي، وبين قراءة حداثية، تقدم تصورا عاما لقراءة النص الديني، يعتمد المدخل المقاصدي في القراءة والتأويل، باعتبار أن القراءة المقاصدية تستجيب لمتطلبات العصر، وتجيب عن أسئلته الملحة، التي لم تسعف في الإجابة عنها القراءة الحرفية والظاهرية التقليدية. تروم هذه القراءة المقاصدية سبر أغوار النص الشرعي بمناهج إنسانية حديثة مستوحاة من الفكر الغربي، وهي قراءة امتلكت من الجرأة ما جعلها تعيد قضايا في الفكر الإسلامي للنقاش من جديد، من زاوية نظر مغايرة، فاستحقت قراءة نقدية تقويمية. ستتناول هذه الورقات القراءة المقاصدية للنص الشرعي من حيث مفهوم الوحي والقضايا المرتبطة به كأسباب النزول والناسخ والمنسوخ وجمع القرآن وتدوينه، ثم الرؤية الحداثية للمدخل المقاصدي في فهم الشريعة الإسلامية وتطبيقها. مع وصف لهذه القراءة، والتعليق عليها ونقدها. Abstract: There are numerous interpretations of the religious text,the aim being revival and throwing off the chains of ignorance and retardation.one of these numerous interpretations adopts the Salafi understanding;it contents itself with the understanding of the first pioneer muslims (assalaf assalih) and it adopts the partial detailed interpretation of religious texts. Another interpretation,more modern,provides a general view of the interpretation of religious texts based on the intentional approach in the reading and interpretation since this approach fulfills the needs of the era and provides answers to the era's urgent questions that the classic literal interpretation was unable to answer. This intentional interpretation aims at analysing the religious text deeply using modern human approaches inspired from western thought.It is indeed a daring interpretation that reopened the discussion on some issues in the islamic thought from a different angle deserving thus to be a critical and straightening interpretation. This paper will discuss the intentional interpretation of the religious text in terms of the concept of revelation and matters related to it such as abrogating and abrogated verses,the reasons of the revelation,the collection and transcription of the Quoran.this paper will also discuss the modern view of the intentional interpretation in understanding and applying Ashariaa with a description,commentary and criticism of this interpretation.
