قضايا المرأة في أشهر المواثيق الدولية اتفاقية سيداو ومؤتمر القاهرة ومؤتمر بكين

Abstract

أثارت قضايا المرأة جدلا واسعا على الساحة الدولية، خاصة في العقود الأخيرة من القرن العشرين، هذا القرن الذي شهد ظهور وتصاعد حركات عدة، واسعة النطاق، تستهدف دفع الاهتمام بالقضايا المتعلقة بحقوق المرأة على مستوى العالم، وهنا بدأ التدخل الغربي في شؤون المرأة المسلمة، عن طريق عقد اتفاقيات ومؤتمرات عالمية، لصياغة حقوقها وفق المفهوم الغربي، القائم على ركيزة الحرية التامة والمساواة المطلقة، ولهذا الغرض طُرحت هذه القضايا في أخطر المواثيق الدولية على الإطلاق، وهي: اتفاقية سيداو، ومؤتمر القاهرة ويليه مؤتمر بكين. Women’s issues have sparked a widepread controvery in the international areua, especially in the last decades of the twentieth century, this century that watnessed the emergence and escalation of several large-scale movements it aims to pay attenion to issues related to women’s right’s worldwide. This is where Western interference in the affairs of Muslim women, began, by holding international agreements and conferences to formulate their rights according to the Western concept, that based on the foundation of complete freedom and absolute equality. For this purpose, these issues were raised in the most dangerous international ever, namely the CEDAW couvention the cairo conference, followed the Beijing conference.
