Abstract

نسعى عبر هذه الدراسة لمحاولة تحليل إشكالية العلاقة بين مقاربة إدارة المعرفة والجامعة، وذلك بعد أن أكد مدخل إدارة المعرفة أهميته البالغة في إمكانية النهوض بالجامعات، في الوقت الذي فرض عليها مجتمع المعرفة أدوارا ومهاماً لعل من أهمها إنتاج وتطبيق المعرفة عن طريق الاستثمار في البحث العلمي، بهدف خدمة المجتمع ومعالجة مشكلاته المختلفة، وذلك في إطار مساعي التماشي مع التوجهات العالمية الحديثة وما تفرضه من منافسة محتدمة. تعتبر النماذج العالمية النوعية الرائدة في مجال تطبيق إدارة المعرفة بالجامعات، أحد أهم زوايا تأكيد أهمية هذه العلاقة، كما تمكن عملية دراستها وتحليلها، من تقديم خطوات إرشادية قد تساعد صناع القرار من الاستفادة منها في النهوض بالجامعات التي تعرف تراجعا لاسيما في الشأن التنموي لمجتمعاتها، في ظل احترام الخصوصية البيئية لكل مجتمع. We seek through this study, to try analysis the problematic of relationship between the knowledge management approach and the university, considering the importance of the Knowledge management approach in potential for the advancement of universities, while the knowledge society has been forced the university to play roles and tasks, the most important of which is the production and application of knowledge through To invest in scientific research, with a view to serving the society and addressing its various problems, in keeping with the modern global trends and the intense competition it imposes. The leading global models for the application of knowledge management at universities are one of the most important angles to emphasize the importance of this relationship, as can the process of studying and analysis it, from the provision of indicative steps that could help decision makers to benefit from them in the advancement of universities that have a particular decline in regard Of the development of their societies, while respecting the environmental specificity of each society.
