واقع رقمنة الخدمات المالية بالجزائر في ظل تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح دور استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز الخدمات المالية بالمؤسسات المالية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على مقابلة مع بعض المستخدمين في عينة من البنوك من ولاية باتنة،وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي من شأنه تعزيز الخدمات المصرفية، وتوفير الاستقرار المالي في ظل التوجه العالمي نحو الابتكاراتوالرقمنة، بتعزيز الجهات الرقابية وخلق التوازن بين دعم استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونية، وتفعيل الحماية من المخاطر والقرصنة، من خلال تفعيل منظومة أمن سيبراني قوية تسمح بحماية التعاملات المالية الرقمية.This intervention aims to clarify the role of using AI applications in enhancing financial services in financial institutions Using the analytical descriptive curriculum based on an interview study with some users in a sample of banks in the state of Batna, the study found that the use of AI applications to enhance banking services and provide financial stability in the global trend towards innovation and digitization by enhancing regulators and creating a balance between supporting the use of electronic applications on the one hand and activating risk protection and piracy by activating a strong cybersecurity system that allows the protection of digital financial transactions.
