| dc.description.abstract | The actual thesis deals with the social life in the Kingdom of Granada during the Nasrides era (629 H – 897 H / 1232 AD - 1492 AD) through the books of Elnawazil and Elwathaik. The thesis is an investigation into all the Fiqhi texts that we have received which belong to the Fouqha, judges and Muftis of Granada in that era, aiming at writing the social history of Granada Kingdom and picturing the image of the Granada society in the Fiqhi manuscripts, as well asknowing to what extent the Fatawa of the Foqaha contributed to the cohesion of the social fabric that the society could affect the longevity of the Nasride state in spite of the political and economic disturbances. تتناول هذه الاطروحة الحياة في مملكة غرناطة في العهد النصري (629ه - 897ه / 1232م - 1492م) من خلال كتب النوازل و الوثائقن و هي استنطاق لجميع النصوص الفقهية التي وصلتنا و التي تعود لفقهاء و قضاة و مفتي غرناطة في الفترة قيد الدراسة، و ذلك لاستغلالها في كتابة التاريخ الاجتماعي لمملكة غرناطة في محاولة لمعرفة صورة المجتمع الغرناطي في هذه المدونات الفقهية، و مدى مساهمة فتاوى الفقهاء في تماسك النسيج الاجتماعي بحيث ساهم المجتمع في اطالة عمر الدولة النصرية في ظل الاضطراب السياسي و الاقتصادي للدولة. | fr_FR |
