عوائـق إدمـاج ذوي الاحتياجـات الخاصــة

Abstract

تشكل فئة الطفولة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة جزءا من المجتمع وهذه الفئة لها خصائص تميزها عن الأطفال العاديين وتحتاج لاهتمام ومعاملة خاصة نتيجة لوضعها الذي لا يتيح لها التكييف مع المجتمع بشكل طبيعي، لذلك هي بحاجة لحماية خاصة وهذا ما دفع بالتشريعات إلى وضع آليات لحماية هذه الفئة ودمجها في المجتمع واستثمار قدراتها وطاقاتها كباقي الأطفال، غير أن هذا الإدماج تواجهه العديد من العوائق سواء كانت نفسية أو تعليمية أو اجتماعية، وهذا ما سيتم التطرق إليه في هذه الورقة البحثية .Children with special needs form part of society and this group has characteristics that distinguish it from ordinary children and need special attention and treatment as a result of its situation, which does not allow it to adapt to society naturally, so it needs special protection and this has prompted legislation to put in place mechanisms to protect and integrate this group. However, this integration is faced with many obstacles, whether psychological, educational or social, which will be addressed in this paper
