Abstract

من المستجدات المالية المعاصرة التي نالت اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين، العملات الافتراضية أو العملات الرقمية الالكترونية المشفرة التي راجت وانتشرت في العالم، مما أدى إلى البحث والتساؤل عن مدى نجاعتها بالمجال الاقتصاد الرقمي، وذلك من جانب البعد الشرعي، ولإزالة الإشكال القائم حولها؛ نحاول تسليط الضوء عليها وفق الضوابط الشرعية التي أقرها الشارع، وهذه الورقة البحثية تخص علة الثمنية التي تتحقق بالتمول والرواج بالنقود المتداولة سواء الأصلية بالخلقة( الذهب والفضة) أو الاصطلاحية التي هي الأوراق النقدية، وذلك في مدى تحقق هذا الرواج والتمول بالعملات الافتراضية، واعتبارها نقودًا . Among the contemporary financial developments that have attracted many researchers’ attention, virtual currencies or electronic digital crypto currencies that spread in the world, which led to researching and questioning the extent of their effectiveness in the digital economy field, and that from the legal aspect. And to eliminate the existing problem around it we are trying to shed light on it in accordance with the legal controls approved by the legislator; this research paper pertains to the pricey problem that is achieved by the funding and the salability with traded money, whether the original (gold and silver) or the idiomatic ones which are banknotes, and that is in the extent of this prosperity and financing with the virtual currencies, and it be considered money.
