Woman’s Mind and Religion Decrease: MUHAMMED ARKOUN’s Semiotic Analysis A Social Approach

Abstract

Arkoun chose woman’s mind and religion as a model to practice his semiotic analysis accordingly to shake the hereditary language. This analysis is part of Arkoun’s project that consists of six main poles which are: Theological, Anthropological, Historical, Social, Semiotic, and Linguistic analysis. This is to put revelation in a questionable situation where it encounters all divine books: the Torah, the Gospel, and the Quran. Hence, the legendary layer that covers and surrounds these books has to be removed. Thus, a critical distance or space has to be established between the reader, no matter what his religion is, and these books. All this to establish a new discourse with which Muslims enter to the world of modernity with great guarantees to success; basing on the idea that the Quran increases the human being level in comparison to what it was in the past, not what it is now .

اختار محمد أركون عقل ودين المرأة نموذجا لتطبيق تحليله السيميائي، هذا التحليل هو جزء من مشروع أركون الذي يتأسس على ست مقاربات هي: العقدية والأنتروبولوجية والتاريخية والاجتماعية واللسانية السيميائية، وهذا لأجل خلخلة مفهوم الوحي وجعله في وضع إشكالي، مشتملا على كل الكتب السماوية: التوراة والإنجيل والقرآن. لذلك يجب إبعاد كل التلاعبات السيميائية التي أحاطت بهذه الكتب، مما يحتم ترك مسافة نقدية بينها وبين القارئ مهما كانت ديانته. وكل هذا لتأسيس خطاب جديد يدخل به المسلم عالم الحداثة بضمانات أكيدة في النجاح، وهذا تأسيسا على فكرة أن القرآن رفع من مستوى الشخص البشري بالقياس إلى ما قبله ولكن ليس بالقياس إلى العصور الحديثة.
