الهـويـة العـربيـة وتحـديـات التعـدديـة الثقـافيــة

Abstract

للهوية العربية، من خلال عرض أهم التيارات الفكرية المؤثرة في هذه الهوية، وطرح أهم التحديات الداخلية والخارجية التي تتعرض لها الهوية العربية، خاصة في عصرنا الحالي حيث نجد هناك تداخل بين ما هو داخلي بما هو خارجي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة وجود ضوابط يجب التقيد بها والاعتماد عليها من أجل الخروج من تحديات الهوية العربية، وتم طرح ثلاث عناصر أساسية تتمثل في الاندماج الوطني، الديمقراطية وحوار الحضارات. والنتائج المتوصل إليها تتلخص في ضرورة بذل الجهود من طرف السلطات الرسمية في تكريس الهوية العربية وترسيخ الديمقراطية التوافقية في إطار الاعتراف بالتعدد الثقافي الموجود في البلاد العربية، والمشاركة للجميع وتكريس الحوار والتسامح ونبذ العنصرية والتعصب. في الأخير يجب محاربة الغزو الثقافي الغربي من خلال المحافظة على الكينونة العربية في إطار التكامل العربي.This research aims to analyze and review the Arab identity by displaying the most influential intellectual streams in this identity, and puting the most important internal and external challenges faced by the Arab identity, especially in the present era where we find an overlap between what is internal to what is external, The study conclude that there many regulations that must be adhered to control the Arab identity problem. It was put up three basic elements: national integration, democracy and the dialogue of civilizations. The results obtained are summarized in need for efforts by public authorities in the consecration of the Arab identity and the consolidation of consensual democracy, within the framework of the recognition of cultural plurality existing in the Arab countries, and participation for all and devoting tolerance and dialogue and the rejection of racism and intolerance. Lastly, we must fight invasion of Western cultural preservation according to the Arab Being in the framework of the Arab integration.
