أثر البيئة الأمنية على القطاع السياحي في تونس 2011-2019

Abstract

تستهدف هذه الورقة التعرض لدراسة تأثير البيئة الأمنية على قطاع السياحة في تونس، حيث تؤدي السياحة دورا فعالا في استراتيجيات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لتونس، غير أن ما شهدته الساحة السياسية الراهنة من اضطرابات وعدم الاستقرار أثر على حركية الإستثمار السياحي في تونس. على هذا الأساس فالدراسة تحاول تحديد أهمية القطاع السياحي في تونس وذلك من خلال إبراز مقومات ومؤشرات السياحة في تونس ،إضافة إلى تقييم أداء القطاع السياحي في تونس من خلال معرفة المعوقات التي تواجه القطاع السياحي في تونس أثناء وبعد الحراك العربي. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك إرتباط وثيق بين البيئة الأمنية والقطاع السياحي، فنتيجة لتزايد النشاطات الإرهابية في تونس في السنوات الأخيرة أدى إلى تراجع إقبال السياح الأجانب، غير أن الجهود المبذولة للحفاظ على الإستقرار الأمني أعاد بعض الحركية للقطاع السياحي في تونس. This paper aims to study the security environment impact on the tourism sector in Tunisia, where tourism plays an effective role in the economic and social development strategies in Tunisia, but cause the current instability of political context has affected on tourism investment dynamics in Tunisia. On this basis, the study attempts to determine the importance of the tourism sector in Tunisia by showing the components and indicators of tourism in Tunisia, also to evaluating the performance of the tourism sector in Tunisia by identifying the obstacles facing the tourism sector in Tunisia during and after the Arab spring. This study found that there is a close correlation between the security environment and tourism sector. So as a result of the increase of terrorist activities in Tunisia in the last years execute a regression of foreign tourists. But the efforts to maintain the security stability restore some dynamics for the tourism sector in Tunisia.
