تقييم شعبة التفاح في الأوراس كبديل فلاحي مستدام

Abstract

تلعب زراعة التفاح دورًا متزايد الأهمية في التنمية الريفية في شرق الجزائر، خاصّة في منطقة الأوراس (ولايتي باتنة وخنشلة). بفعل السياسات الزراعية، التوسع في المساحات المزروعة، وتحول العديد من الفلاحين نحو زراعة التفاح، أصبحت هذه الشعبة من المكونات الأساسية لاقتصاد المناطق الجبلية والريفية. تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تحليل واقع شعبة التفاح في الأوراس عبر محاور: التطور الزمني للإنتاج، تكاليف الإنتاج والعوائد، سلسلة القيمة من الغرس حتى التسويق، إمكانيات التصدير، وتقييم التجربة والمسار نحو تنمية مستدامة.

Apple cultivation plays an increasingly important role in rural development in eastern Algeria, particularly in the Aurès region (the provinces of Batna and Khenchela). As a result of agricultural policies, the expansion of cultivated areas, and the shift of many farmers toward apple production, this sector has become one of the essential components of the economy in mountainous and rural areas. This presentation aims to analyze the reality of the apple sector in the Aurès through several themes: the temporal evolution of production, production costs and returns, the value chain from planting to marketing, export potential, and an assessment of the experience and the path toward sustainable development.
