"رهانات الأمن الطاقوي في الجزائر بين الواقع والتحديات

Abstract

ملخص: يشهد الاقتصاد العالمي خلال العقود الأخيرة تحولات عميقة في مجال الطاقة، وقد زادت وتيرة هذه التحولات بعد توقيع العديد من الدول على مجموعة الالتزامات المبرمجة ضمن مؤتمر باريس للمناخ. الى جانب جائحة كوفيد 19 وكذلك الحرب الروسية الاكرانية، وهو ما دفع التحول الطاقوي الى مرحلة جديدة هي مرحلة الهيدروجين الأخضر الوافد الجديد الى مصادر الطاقة المتجددة، وفي هذا الاطار تسعى الجزائر على غرار العديد من الدول الاخرى الى الاستحواذ على حصة من سوق هذا المورد الحيوي الذي ينظر اليه بوصفه وقود المستقبل. ومن هنا جاءت هذه المداخلة لتسلط الضوء على الخطط الموضوعة والخطوات المتخذة من قبل الجزائر للاستثمار في هذا القطاع الجديد، الى جانب تحديد وتحليل أهم المخاطر والتحديات التي تصاحب الاستثمار في هذا المجال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطاقة المتجددة، الهيدروجين الأخضر، الاستراتجية الوطنية. Abstract : In recent decades, the world economy has witnessed profound transformations in the field of energy. The pace of these transformations has accelerated after many countries signed a set of agreed upon commitments under the Paris Climate Accords, in addition to the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the Russian-Ukrainian war .This prompted the energy transition to a new stage, namely the stage of green hydrogen which is the newcomer to renewable energy sources. In this context, Algeria seeks, like many other countries, to acquire a market share for this vital resource, which is perceived as the fuel of the future. Therefore, this paper attempts to shed light on plans and measures drawn up and taken by Algeria to invest in this new sector, while identifying and analyzing the most important risks and challenges related to investment in this domain.
