واقع التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة التي تواجه الجزائر في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي

Abstract

تعتبر منطقة الساحل الإفريقي من أكثر المناطق هشاشة في العالم، حيث تجمع ما بين التهديدات الأمنية اللاتماثلية ( الإرهاب، تنظيمات الجريمة المنظمة بمختلف أشكالها)، والتهديدات الأمنية التماثلية(المشاكل المتعلقة بطبيعة تكوين الدولة بالمنطقة، على غرار إشكالية الدولة الفاشلة والمشكلة الإثنية، فضلا عن الأزمة الليبية) وما ينجم عن كل ذلك من تأثيرات على الأمن القومي الجزائري. لذلك يحاول هذا المقال التركيز بالدراسة على رصد وتحليل تأثير التهديدات الأمنية الجديدة المنتشرة في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي على الأمن القومي الجزائري، هذه التهديدات التي تعاني منها الجزائر والنابعة من المنطقة تتميز بالتمدد والإنتشار، مما يخلق تداعيات أمنية خطيرة، كما أن المنطقة هي منطقة أزموية نتيجة إحتوائها على العديد من الأزمات الأمنية الملتهبة، والتي تؤثر على بقاء وإستقرار دول المنطقة ككل، وتعمل على تسهيل تدخل الأطراف الخارجية. The Sahel region is one of the most fragile in the world, combining asymmetric security threats (terrorism, organized crime organizations in all its forms) and analogue security threats (problems related to the nature of state formation in the region, such as the problem of the failed state and the ethnic problem, as well as the Libyan crisis) and the consequent effects on Algerian national security. This article therefore tries to focus on monitoring and analysing the effects of new security threats in the Sahel region on Algerian national security, where we have concluded that the security threats suffered by Algeria emanating from the region are characterized by expansion and proliferation, which creates serious security implications, and that the region is a crisis region because it contains many inflamed security crises, which affect the survival and stability of the region's systems as a whole, and facilitate the intervention of external parties.
