أثر الإنفاق العام على النمو الإقتصادي

Abstract

This research has studied and analyzed the theoretical and practical framework of public expenditure and economic growth، and study the effects of public expenditure on economic growth. It was reached everincreasing public expenditure، And the importance of public expenditures to influence the evolution of GDP، especially in the long term in the Algerian economy، without affecting the short term، Also، the flexibility of consumer spending، greater flexibility of investment spending، Based on econometric tools. It remains a source of funding for public expenditure in Algeria depends on oil taxes. The Algerian economy remains depends on the results achieved by the hydrocarbon sector. قامت هذه الدراسة بتحليل كل من النفقات العامة بشقيها و النمو الاقتصادي و اثار الاول على الثاني، تم التوصل الى تزايد المستمر للنفقات العامة و اهمية النفقات العامة في التاثير على تطور الناتج الداخلي الخام خاصة في المدى الطويل في الاقتصاد الجزائري، دون هذا التاثير في المدى القصير، كما ان مرونة نفقات التسيير اكبر من مرونة نفقات التجهيز، بالاعتماد على ادوات الاقتصاد القياسي، و يبقى مصدر تمويل النفقات العامة في الجزائر يتمثل في الجباية البترولية، في حين يبقى الاقتصاد الجزائري رهين النتائج التي يحققها قطاع المحروقات.
