Abstract

عرفت السياحة منذ القدم باعتبارها ظاهرة طبيعية تحتم على الإنسان الانتقال من مكان لآخر لأسباب متعددة، فكانت بسيطة وبدائية في مظاهرها، لتتطور وتصبح في وقتنا الحالي نشاطا له أسسه التي يقوم عليها، فهي تعتبر أحد أهم الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي يقوم عليها اقتصاد العديد من الدول، لذلك كان على الدول أن تعمل على توفير الخدمات السياحية المطلوبة حتى تكون مناطق جاذبة للسياح، والجزائر من بين الدول التي تمتلك امكانيات سياحية هائلة، حيث أن الاهتمام بهذا القطاع سيساهم في تنمية اقتصادها باعتبار أن السياحة تعتبر عنصرا مهما من عناصر الدخل القومي والحصول على النقد الأجنبي. The tourism was known as natural phenomenon makes it imperative for the rights to move from one place to another for various reasons, it was simple and primitive in its manifestations, grow and become at the present time an activity was founded on which it is based, it is considered one of the most important economic activities of the economy of many countries, therefore, the States that provide tourist services required to be attractive to tourists. Algeria was among the States which possess the immense tourism potential, where the interest in this sector will contribute to the development of its economy, considering that tourism is an important element of national income and access to foreign exchange.
