Abstract

يعالج هذا المقال نفي النسب بين الطريق الشرعي وهو اللعان وتقنية البصمة الوراثية، ووضع ذلك في إطار قوانين الأحوال الشخصية لبعض الدول العربية عامة وقانون الأسرة الجزائري خاصة المعدل بموجب الأمر 05/02 فيما يخص الطرق العلمية كوسيلة من وسائل نفي النسب..This article deals with the disavowal of filiation between the legal procedure (alliean) and the DNA technique, and put it under the personal status of certain laws on the Arab countries and the Algerian Code of Family, as amended by a private case 05/02 with regard to scientific methods as a means of denial of filiation.
