ضغوط العمل وأثرها على أداء عمال الصحة دراسة ميدانية

Abstract

حاولت هذه الدراسة توضيح أثر ضغوط العمل على أداء عمال الصحة من خلال دراسة ميدانية بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية باتنة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضغوط العمل من خلال (العوامل البيئية، العوامل التنظيمية، أحداث الحياة) على أداء عمال الصحة بالمركز الاستشفائي الجامعي لولاية باتنة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة تم تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات حسب ما يتمتع به المركز من إمكانات. The study aims to show the impact of Work stress on the performance of health workers through an empirical study at the University hospital center in the district of Batna. The study concluded that there is an impact of work stress with statistical significance regarding environmental, organisational factors and life events on health workers at the University hospital center in Batna District. In the light of these findings some suggestions have been provided in accordance with the center's capability.
