مخاطر الهجرة غير الشرعية بالساحل الإفريقي وتداعياتها السياسية - الأمنية على الجزائر: الانعكاسات وآليات المكافحة

Abstract

من خلال هذا المقال تم تسليط الضوء على تحليل ودراسة تداعيات الهجرة غير الشرعية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي وتحدياتها مع التركيز على عدة مؤشرات دالة على أثرها، ولعل أهمها قضايا الاستقرار السياسي، فهذه الظاهرة تُشكل تهديداً على الأمن القومي الجزائري بمختلف مستوياته من خلال ارتباطها واقترانها بالتنظيمات الإرهابية، وبشبكات تهريب البشر والجرائم المنظمة المختلفة، كالتزوير وإدخال العملات التي تُروج في السوق الموازية، وتهريب والمتاجرة بالمخدرات، وكذا تزوير العملات الوطنية، إن وجود مثل هذه التحديات حول الهجرة غير الشرعية، يدفع بالباحثين إلى ضرورة البحث والتنقيب عن أُطر هذه الظاهرة، فهي ما زالت تطرح تحدياتها بحدة على الدول، وبالتحديد على المجتمعات والدول الإفريقيةThis article highlights the analysis and study of the repercussions of the illegal immigration in the African coast region and its challenges, with a focus on several signifying indicators of its effects; maybe the most important of which are issues of political stability .This phenomenon constitutes a threat to Algerian national security at all levels through its association with terrorist organizations, human trafficking networks and various organized crimes, such as counterfeiting and the introduction of currencies promoted in the parallel market, smuggling and drug trafficking, as well as forging national currencies. The existence of such challenges on illegal immigration, prompting researchers to the need to seek and explore the frameworks of this phenomenon, continues to pose its challenges sharply to countries, specifically to the African ones.
