Abstract

الملخص المنفتح الدلالي للفتوى من الصائر إلى التحيين "تحفة الناظر"/ العقباني الحفيد (871هـ/1467م)، ومن القراءة "بالجمع" إلى "المرافعة" ثمّة مسافة مثلى في استيطان النص، ومن امِّحاء المؤلِّف تحت وطأة النوع إلى ظهوره فثمّة مسافة أمثل، فهي انهمام تام فيما مرّ بتلمسان من صَرْفِ الدَّهر وحولِه. استخدمت مناهج علوم الطبيعة "المورفولوجيا" وزمن "الكرونوتوب"، حيث التعالق والرحمية فيما بينها من صلاتٍ وأواصر. Hence, Methodologies of the natural sciences such as "morphology" and the time of the "chromotop" were used, because of the strong interrelations .and bonds among them
