فيروس كورونا وقضايا العولمة من منظور نظريات العلاقات الدولية

Abstract

في ظل الانتشار السريع لفيروس كورونا منذ بداية ظهوره في ووهان الصينية أواخر ديسمبر 2019 وإلى اليوم، وما خلفه من تداعيات على كافة جوانب الحياة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية والأمنية، وتأثير كل هذه التحولات على الشكل الذي قد يبدو عليه العالم بعد هذه الأزمة، تسعى هذه الدراسة لمساءلة نظريات العلاقات الدولية حول مستقبل العولمة بعد فيروس كورونا، وذلك من خلال استعراض النقاش المتصاعد بين المدارس النظرية المختلفة، والتي من بينها الاتجاه الواقعي الذي يعتقد أن الدول تتوجه نحو تعزيز "المصلحة الوطنية" من خلال "الاعتماد على الذات" في ظل عالم يسوده التنافس والصراع، و الاتجاه الليبرالي الذي يعتقد أنه ونظرا لطبيعة التهديدات العابرة للحدود، فإن الدول لا يمكنها مجابهة كل ذلك بشكل منفرد، وعليه لا مناص من التوجه نحو التعاون الدولي. In light of the rapid spread of the Coronavirus from its beginnings in Wuhan, China, in late December 2019, and its impact on aspects of Social, Economic, Politicol and Security, and the impact of all these transformations on how the world could face this crisis, this study seeks to challenge theories of international relations on the future of globalization after the Coronavirus, reviewing the escalation of the debate between the different schools of thought, Among them is the realistic approach that states are moving towards promoting "national interest" through "self-help" in a world dominated by competition and conflict, and between the liberal approach that is believed to be due to the cross-border nature of challenges and threats Countries cannot face all of this alone and, it is imperative to move towards international cooperation .
