العدالة الانتقالية وتعزيز رأس المال الاجتماعي في بيئات ما بعد النزاع

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رصد العلاقة بين العدالة الانتقالية وإعادة الاندماج والتماسك الاجتماعي في بيئات ما بعد النزاع من خلال تسليط الضوء على إشكالية فعالية آلياتها في ترقية رأس المال الاجتماعي وتعميق الثقة والروابط الاجتماعية الشاملة. بافتراض التركيز على ضرورة التلبية الفورية لاحتياجات الضحايا وإعمال حقوقهم في انتظار اكتساب مؤسسات مجتمعات ما بعد النزاع القوة الكافية التي تجعلها قادرة على اعتماد أفضل الممارسات.وخلصت هذه الورقة إلى أهمية دور العدالة الانتقالية في هذه المجتمعات ومرافقة مراحل انتقالها عبر استدامة التماسك الاجتماعي وتوفير مقومات الجودة الاجتماعية وهدم البنى الثقافية والمؤسسية التي تكرس التمييز والتهميش. This study aims to monitor the relationship between transitional justice reintegration and social cohesion in post-conflict environments by highlighting the problematic of effectiveness of its mechanisms in promoting social capital and deepening trust and overall social ties. Assuming that the focus is on the necessity to immediately meet the needs of victims and realize their rights while awaiting the institutions of these societies gaining sufficient strength to make them able to adopt best practices. This paper concluded the importance of the role of transitional justice in post-conflict environments and accompanying its transition stages through sustaining social cohesion and Providing the elements of social quality and demolishing cultural and institutional structures that perpetuate discrimination and marginalization.
