السياسة العامة الصحية في الجزائر و دورها في تحقيق غاية خفض نسبة الوفيات النفاسية من خطة التنمية المستدامة 2030

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص المستوى الحقيقي للسياسة العامة الصحية للجزائر في شقها المتعلق بـ "الوفيات النفاسية"، لذا تم الاستناد إلى الغاية الموسومة بـ "خفض نسبة الوفيات النفاسية" من خطة التنمية المستدامة 2030 لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة - كمؤشر قابل للقياس يضفي الصبغة الكمية على الدراسة-، وذلك في سبيل تحديد مكامن النقص والخلل، اقتراح ما من شأنه التقويم، تحسين الأداء والرفع من المستوى لأقصى درجاته، حيث تبنت الجزائر سياسة عامة صحية بغية خفض نسبة الوفيات النفاسية أثمرت تقدما إيجابيا خاصة على الصعيد الإقليمي، ويندرج ذلك في إطار مضاعفة الجهود وتكييف الظروف الوطنية الخاصة مع مستوى التطلعات العالمية. This study aims to diagnose the true level of the health policy of Algeria in its part related to "maternal mortality". Therefore, the goal tagged with "reducing the maternal mortality ratio" from the 2030 Sustainable Development Plan of the United Nations Organization was relied on - as a measurable indicator that gives a quantitative character to the study - In order to identify the points of deficiencies and imbalances, suggest what would evaluate, improve performance and raise the level to its maximum. Algeria has adopted a public health policy in order to reduce the maternal mortality ratio, which has resulted in positive progress, especially at the regional level, and this falls within the framework of doubling efforts and adapting the special national circumstances to the level of global aspirations.
