دور تحرير التجارة الخارجية في الرفع من تنافسية الصناعات الغذائية في الجزائر (الفترة مابين 1992-2017)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على دور تحرير التجارة الخارجية في الرفع من تنافسبة الصناعات الغذائية في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال تحليل مساهمة الصناعات الغذائية في هيكلة الناتج المحلي الإجمالي وكذا الميزان التجاري خلال الفترة ما بين 1992-2017. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن سياسات تحرير التجارة الخارجية التي تبنتها الجزائر ترتب عنها توسيع عدد المستوردين وارتفاع الواردات على حساب الصادرات، ومرد ذلك عدم جاهزية هذه الصناعات من حيث الجودة والنوعية للتنافس مع نظيرتها بالأسواق الدولية. This study aims to stand on the role of the liberalization of foreign trade in raising the competitiveness of the food industries in Algeria, and this by analyzing the contribution of the food industries in structuring the GDP as well as the trade balance during the period between 1992-2017. The study concluded that the foreign trade liberalization policies adopted by Algeria resulted in the expansion of the number of importers and the rise in imports at the expense of exports, due to the lack of readiness of these industries in terms of quality to compete with their counterparts in international markets.
