التحديات التي تواجه الأمن السياحي في الجزائر: ولاية تبسة نموذجا

Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى كشف حقيقة أهم مقومات الأمن السياحي ودوره في التنمية الاجتماعية لأي بلد، باعتبار أن الأمن السياحي له علاقة بجوانب متعددة مثل الوضع السياسي، والوضع الاجتماعي والبيئي. ولتوضيح ذلك من خلال الإجابة عن التساؤلات الفرعية المتعلقة ب: دور الأمن في إدارة مشكلات اللابقين الأمني، وكيفية تأثير التهديدات الأمنية المتنوعة على استقرار الأمن السياحي في الجزائر. وقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، وأخذنا -ولاية تبسة-كنموذج تحليلي وهذا لتوفر المعطيات الميدانية لدينا، كما أننا سنحاول التعرف على أهم المعوقات التنظيمية والرقمية التي تواجه تفعيل الأمن السياحي. تبرز أهم النتائج في الأهمية القصوى للأمن الشامل في تحقيق نجاح النشاط السياحي ويحتاج إلى بيئة اجتماعية مستقرة، واقتصاد متطور يسمح بتكوين تجربة سياحية تعتمد على التميز التنظيمي، والمرونة القانونية وتفعيل آليات التعاون الدولي في ظل الظروف الوبائية واللايقين الأمني، كذلك تبني استخدام التطبيقات التكنولوجية بالتعاقد مع مختلف الشركات منها Google Apple وحماية السائح من مختلف المخاطر التي تعترضه.This research paper aims to reveal the reality of the most important elements of tourism security and its role in the social development of any country, given that tourism security has many aspects such as the political situation, the social and environmental situation. To clarify this by answering the sub-questions related to the role of security in managing the problems of those who remain, and how the various security threats affect the stability of tourism security in Algeria. We have adopted the descriptive approach, and we have taken - Tebessa state - as an analytical model and this is due to the availability of our field data, and we will try to identify the most important organizational and digital obstacles facing the activation of tourism security. The most important results highlight the paramount importance of comprehensive security in achieving the success of tourism activity, it needs a stable social environment and a developed economy that allows the formation of a tourism experience that depends on organizational excellence, legal flexibility and activating international cooperation mechanisms in light of epidemiological conditions and security uncertainty, as well as adopting the use of technological applications by contracting with various Companies, including Google Apple, protect the tourist from the various risks it faces.
