Abstract

تمثل هذه الورقة العلمية محاولة لبحث دور المؤسسات العقابية كغيرها من المؤسسات المجتمعية المساهمة في تحقيق الامن الاجتماعي، وذلك بالنظر لدورها الكبير والذي يمثل فلسفة في التعامل من خلال معاقبة المذنب وتقييد حريته وتأهيله وإصلاح سلوكه، من خلال البرامج والتدابير التي يتبعها من تكفل نفسي واجتماعي وتربوي ومهني وارشادي وإعادة تربية المذنب، ومساعدته على التكيف مع أنظمة الضبط المعتمدة من قبل المجتمع، وسنحاول بحث كل ذلك من خلال التطرق الى أهمية الامن الاجتماعي، وكذا معرفة الدور الاجتماعي للسجون، إضافة الى دور القانون ووسائل تحقيق الامن الاجتماعي، كما سنحاول في هذه الورقة العلمية تبيان دور المؤسسات العقابية الإصلاحي، وأخيرا شرح فلسفة المؤسسات العقابية في الامThis scientific paper represents an attempt to examine the role of penal institutions like other community institutions contributing to social security, in view of their great role, which represents a philosophy in dealing with the punishment of the offender, restricting the freedom and rehabilitation of his or her behavior, through the programs and measures followed by the psychological, social, educational, professional, guiding and re-breeding of the offender, and helping him to adapt to the control systems adopted by the community, and we will try to discuss all this by addressing the importance of social security, as well as knowing the social role of prisons, in addition to knowing the social role of prisons, in addition to The role of the law and the means of achieving social security, as we will try in this scientific paper to explain the role of the penal institutions reform, and finally explain the philosophy of penal institutions in social security, and this in an effort to understand the social, criminal and even security role of the penal institutions
