دور الجمـاعـات المحليــة فـي السلامــة المـروريــة

Abstract

تفاقمت حوادث المرور في الجزائر في الأونة الأخيرة بشكل واضح، الأمر الذي إنعكس سلبا على الفرد والجماعة في مجالات متعددة، هذه الحوادث التي تتسبب فيها الكثير من العوامل من بينها سوء تنظيم حركة المرور في بعض المناطق والطرقات التي تدخل في مهام الجماعات المحلية، وعليه جاء الهدف من هذه الدراسة بتوضيح مهام الهيئات المحلية في السلامة المرورية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المهام المسندة للجماعات المحلية سواء بموجب القانون الخاص بها أو بموجب التشريعات المرورية في الحفاظ على السلامة المرورية يجعل منها شريكا فاعلا في هذا الخصوص رغم ما يعتري المسألة من نقائص. Traffic accidents in algeria have recently worsened significantly. This has negatively affected the individual and the community in multiple areas. These incidents are caused by many factors. Including the mismanagement of traffic in some areas and roads that fall under the tasks of local groups. Therefore, the objective of this study is to clarify the functions of local bodies in traffic safety The study concluded that the tasks assigned to local communities, whether under their own law or under traffic legislation, maintain traffic safety. Making them an active partner in this regard, despite the issue of shortcomings.
