dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the service quality dimensions that affect passenger satisfaction with tramway services in Oran, Algeria. Through a comprehensive survey and statistical analysis, The study reveals key areas for improvement, with safety, and timeliness emerging as the top priorities to enhance user satisfaction. Focusing on these areas could have a substantial impact on ridership and user perception, ultimately contributing to the tram system’s role as a reliable and trusted public transportation option in Oran.
