الجرائم المعلوماتية والجهود المبذولة لمكافحتها

Abstract

أصبحت الجرائم االمعلوماتية من الظواهر الإجرامية المستحدثة، حيث ساهمت عوامل التحضر وانتقال المجتمعات من المجتمع الواقعي إلى المجتمع الافتراضي، في انتشارها وزيادة الفرص المتاحة لارتكابها وسرعة الكسب غير المشروع. فهي جرائم عابرة للحدود، لذلك لابد من تكاثف جهود الدول من أجل مكافحة هذا النوع المستحدث من الجرائم، وتعزيز التعاون بينها واتخاذ تدابير فعالة للحد منها والقضاء عليها ومعاقبة مرتكبيها.Cybercrimes have become a newly developed criminal phenomenon, the factors of urbanization and the transition of societies from the real society to the virtual one have contributed to the spread of these crimes, the increase in the opportunities available to commit them, and the speed of graft. Cybercrimes are transnational crimes, so it is necessary to intensify the efforts of states to combat this new type of crime, enhance cooperation between them, and take effective measures to combat them, eliminate them and punish their perpetrators.
