هجرة الأسر الريفية ونمو العشوائيات الحضرية في الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص: شهد المجتمع الجزائري خلال الفترة الأخيرة شكلا من عدم الاستقرار الاجتماعي خصوصا بالريف، الأمر الذي زاد من حدة هجرة الأسر الريفية تجاه المدن المستقرة نسبيا. أدى هذا السيل الكبير للمهاجرين إلى خلق مشكلات عدة على مستوى المدينة، لعل أبرزها اهتزاز النسيج العمراني، بنمو العشوائيات الحضرية، فساهمت الهجرة غير المنتظمة للأسر الجزائرية تجاه المدن إلى زيادة وتكاثر الأحياء الهامشية والفوضوية، هذا ما أدى إلى ظهور الكثير من الآفات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية. يتناول المقال العلاقة الموجودة بين هجرة الأسر الريفية تجاه المدن في الجزائر ونمو العشوائيات الحضرية. ABSTRACT Algerian society witnessed during the recent form of social stability, especially in rural areas, which increased in the migration of rural families to cities relatively stable. This large influx of migrants to create several problems at the city level, perhaps the most notable being that shook the urban fabric, the growth of urban slums, which contributed to the migration of others regularly to the families of Algerian cities to increase and the proliferation of marginal neighbourhoods and anarchism, which led to the emergence of many social ills, economic and environmental. Article deals with the relationship between the migration of rural families to cities in Algeria and the growth of urban slums.
