قراءة سوسيولوجية لأخلاقيات المهنة

Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال موضوع أخلاقيات المهنة، هذا الأخير الذي تم الاهتمام به من مختلف التخصصات العلمية حيث تطرقت الباحثتين فمن خلال هذا المقال الى التناول السوسيولوجي لأخلاقيات المهنة. حيث تم التطرق الى ماهية أخلاقيات المهنة وكذا المقاربات السوسيولوجية التي تناولت هذا المفهوم بالدراسة. كما تم تناول أخلاقيات المهنة في المؤسسة الجزائرية: أخلاقيات المهنة الجامعية أنموذجا. وذلك من خلال تحليل مضمون ميثاق الآداب والأخلاقيات الجامعية وبالتحديد أهم القيم التي يتضمنها هذا الميثاق. This article deals with the subject of ethics of the profession, the latter which has been cared for from various scientific disciplines. Through this article, the researchers touched on the sociological treatment of ethics of the profession. The ethics of the profession as well as the sociological approaches to this concept have been studied. Professional ethics was also addressed in the Algerian institution: the ethics of the university profession is a model. This is done through an analysis of the content of the Charter of University Ethics and Ethics, namely the most important of the Charter's values.
