الأهمية الإستراتيجية لدول منطقة شمال إفريقيا في مبادرة الحزام والطريق - الجزائر نموذجا -

Abstract

سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على مكانة دول منطقة شمال إفريقيا في مبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية من خلال تتبع مسار انضمامها إلى المبادرة، مع التركيز على الأهمية الإقليمية للجزائر في المنطقة في إطار المبادرة الصينية وفق المدرك الاستراتيجي الصيني، وإبراز مستقبل الشراكة الصينية الجزائرية ضمن المشروع العالمي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تطور كبير في العلاقات الصينية الجزائرية في إطار المشروع الذي انضمت إليه الجزائر حديثا، ما يفتح المجال للحديث عن تفرد الجزائر بمستقبل واعد مع الشريك الصيني خاصة في إطار مشاريع طريق الحرير البحري. This study sheds light on the status of the countries of the North African region in the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative by tracing the path of their ccession to the initiative with a focus on the regional importance of Algeria in the region within the framework of the Chinese initiative according to the Chinese strategic perception and highlighting the future of the Chinese-Algerian partnership within the global project. The study concluded that there has been a significant development in the Chinese-Algerian relations within the framework of the project that Algeria has recently joined, which opens the way for talking about Algeria's uniqueness with a promising future with the Chinese partner, especially in the framework of the Maritime Silk Road projects.
