Abstract

إنّ إعادة تدوير النّفايات من المواضيع المهمة في مجال التّنمية المستدامة، حيث شهد العالم زيادة في حجم النّفايات التي تحتاج إلى المعالجة بطرق آمنة بيئيّا واجتماعيّا وجماليّا، بتكاليف أقل، إنّ الارتفاع المستمر في حجم النّفايات الصناعية وتراكمها قد يشكّل مخاطر متعددة. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلي البحث عن آليّات جديدة لاستغلال النّفايات الصّناعيّة من بينها العجلات المطّاطيّة، بعدما أصبح إتلافها بالطرق القديمة قد يشكل خطرا كبيرا على البيئة والإنسان، فكان لابد العمل على إعادة تدويرها واستغلالها في أشكال ذات بعد بيئيّ وجماليّ في إطار استراتيجيات التّنمية المستدامة، ليصبح استغلالها يشكل مصدر دخل للدول، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي والمقاربة الجمالية.
