Abstract

يحاول هذا المقال البحث في طبيعة الثقافة السياسية في ظل تعديل الدستوري 2020 من الجانب النظري ثم المحددات الدستورية القانونية في تشكيل الثقافة السياسية كخطوة نحو الكشف عن محورية القيم الديموقراطية وبلوغ مرحلة الترسيخ الديموقراطي عن طريق المشاركة السياسية. تعمل الثقافة السياسية في الجزائر على تكوين وتشكيل العديد من المؤسسات السياسية المجتمعية، وتشارك طبيعتها في تحديد المسارات التي تتجه إليها هذه الأبنية، وذلك لما لها من تأثير مباشر على قناعات وسلوكيات الأفراد والجماعات، ويسير واقع الممارسة السياسية في الجزائر وفق قواعد تدافعية غير واضحة، وغير متوازنة في كثير من الأحيان.
